71 Mengekyō: Void End

Meanwhile, Qianye Ying'er was scheming together with Gu Zhu against the Brahma Monarch God Realm, Ōtsutsuki Yakou was practicing in the most secure parts of the Ōtsutsuki Clan warship.

After arriving at the Primal Choas Dimension Oirign World, he had finally mastered the Tensei-Sharingan, and if not for the last part of him suppressing the final evolution of the Tensei-Sharingan into the Mangekyō for the past months, he would have long ago achieved it.

But his grandfather advised him to awaken Mangekyō only after reaching the Saint Realm because it would be safer and he wouldn't need to suffer any side effects from it... not only that, but he would jump straight to the Eternal Mangekyō Tensei-Sharingan.

Naturally, for that, not only a special stimulus was needed by experiencing Life and Death encounters, but also a specifically prepared Chakra Fruit that he got from his family.

Precisely, it was prepared by his mother for him, through sacrificing several tens of Branch Clasnmen to the God Tree, creating some sort of Bloodline Fruit that would help him awaken very powerful ability with his Eternal Mangekyō Tensei-Sharingan.

Normally, the Ōtsutsuki Clansmen, who awakened Mangekyō, would have essentially two options. One of those would be to have two abilities from the Mangekyō, open ability per eye.

The second one was to awaken only one ability in both eyes.

Both paths had their cons and pros. One of them gave two abilities, but at the same time, their combined power was lower than if someone awakened one ability through both eyes.

The second path gave just one ability, but the ability was very strong and potent and usually served as a final trump card for many of the Ōtsutsuki Clansmen out of there.

Yakou decided to go with the second path because he wanted to have only one powerful ability instead of two less powerful ones. Not to mention, he liked the quality above the quantity more and didn't wish to become a jack of all trades.

Many among the Clan embarked on that path because of their all-around affinity for many elements. Even though he himself had some degree of affinities for many elements, he chose to forsake them to focus on his most powerful.

Otherwise, it will taint his path, and in the later stages of cultivation, all clansmen who choose to cultivate all of their affinities have a tough time progressing.

Some of them were even killed due to their Daos clashing with each other, and those who survived had very weak combat prowess compared to those clansmen who specialized only in their strongest affinities.

Ōtsutsuki Yakou sat down cross-legged as he took out the bloody red Chakra Fruit that was condensed through the bodies of Ōtsutsuki Branch Clansmen and ate the fruit in one go.

Insntla, he felt pure bloodline power enter his body as he controlled the energy and navigated it to his eyes and released the seals that were stooping the final evolutions of his Tensei-Sharingan.

Suddenly, he felt tremendous pain in his eyes, as they started bleeding profusely because the evolution of his eyes began. Yakou grit his teeth because this wasn't the worst kind of pain.

Compared to the Body Forging that he was undergoing back home, this level of pain wasn't even that close to it. The process was taking several minutes, as the bleedingly slowly subsidized, the patterns in his eyes were constantly changing until they stopped entirely.

After the process was done, Yakou focused on the Eternal Mangekyō Tensei-Sharingan; he quickly found out about the uses of the ability that he awakened, aside from Susanoo, naturally.

The ability that Yakou awakened allowed him to nullify any type of energy in his vicinity. For example, if he right now fought against some cultivator who used Profound Energy, then he wouldn't be able to use it at all.

He decided to call this ability "Void End", because he found the name somehow fitting to it, so Ōtsutsuki Yakou was very satisfied with the end result. Obtaining abilities like Void End would greatly increase his combat prowess.

Not to mention, he would get precious resources from the Clan because he awakened very rare and powerful abilities. All Clansmen that awakened some sort of powerful abilities would always get cultivated by the Clan.

On the other hand, Yakou also obtained Susanoo.

Susanoo was a gigantic, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which surrounds them and fights on their behalf, that has been handed down throughout all the generations of the Ōtsutsuki Clan.

It was the strongest ability available to those who have awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan in both eyes, aside from those rare cases like Yakou who managed to awaken heaven-defying ability like the Void End.

Susanoo was able to boost someone's combat prowess by a tremendous degree, especially when the usage was combined with other innate capabilities of the Ōtsutsuki Clansmen. Still, the great disadvantage of the Susanoo was its great size, which made the form as easy target.

Normally, it was used when there was a need for an overwhelming power to destroy something or when the Ōtsutsuki Clansman was fighting against an opponent of similar dimensions and size to that of Susanoo.

Several hours after

After Yakou finished his training with the formerly named Tensei-Sharingan, now evolved into the Eternal Mangekyō Tensei-Sharingan. He was very satisfied with his progress and he couldn't wait to test the Void End ability of the Eternal Mangekyō Tensei-Sharingan to the limits against real opponents.

"Is something matter?"

He then saw Qianye Ying'er who was waiting for him in front of the training room.

"I talked with Gu Zhu; we will be implementing the plan within ten hours. If we are lucky, we can lure several Brahma Gods and other high-ranking members of the Brahma Monarch God Realm to the trap."

She said viciously and even Yakou was a bit astonished at how fast she worked; she was certainly efficient. He didn't doubt that words, though if they proved to be truth, then her value in his eyes would rise several times over.

"Splendidly done..."

He praised her; she beamed a bit at his praise because even her father rarely praised her about something.

"Did you make progress on the other things I asked?"

Yakou inquired as he gave several tasks to the Qianye Ying'er to test her loyalty and intentions.

"Yes, I have a location of several things across the God Realm of Absolute Beginning, several Legacies from the Ancient Age."

Qianye Ying'er worked fast and didn't waste a moment when it came to gathering information and resources to prove herself.
