Day 2 in the dungeon

As the sun began to rise from the east, many animals and people began to rise. Feeling the warmth of the sun touch them, they all smiled when they woke up.

But deep in an abandoned church, you could hear a groan of hatred inside. Inside the church are broken chairs, the walls full of cracks, and the podium on the side.

Below the church is a couch and a bed, on the bed was a man with black hair. He had his arm over his eyes, and looked like he didn't want to get up.

On his left was a woman who had a short stature, half of her hair was pink while the other was brown. And in the center between the two was a white patch.

On his right, was a woman who was shorter than the first, her hair was reaching towards her legs and had humongous breasts.

This is the Hestia familia, the laziest familia there ever was. The man who's name is Qrow, slowly sat up muttered one thing and one thing only.

"I need my coffee."

POV QROW

As the sun peaked through the small window on the bed, I slowly got off it to not wake Neo and Hestia.

Seeing that I was in a fantasy setting, i groaned in annoyance that they didn't have coffee in this world.

'Damnit, now I'm going to be pissed about this.' I then remembered that I had the flask, so I quickly went to the little table that we have and grabbed my flask.

After opening the cap, I thought of how I liked my coffee. Black coffee with French vanilla cream, after thinking what I want, I my lips on the entrance and felt the taste of coffee pass my lips.

After removing the flask, I sighed in satisfaction from the taste and began to get my clothes. As I was about to start, I saw Neo coming out of bed.

As I faced her I noticed that she wasn't wearing any pants, her panties were black with roses circling. She also wore a shirt that barely covered her breast.

Sadly they weren't as big as Yang's but this is Neo we talking about. She got her ass kicked by this midget when they fought so I have no problem with Neo.

"Morning Neo, ready to kill again?" I asked while I took another sip from my flask. Neo just came up to me and snatched the flask out of my hand.

She places the flask on her lips and began to chug, after a few minutes she removed the flask and was grinning ear to ear.

"Satisfied?" She just nods her head and went off to change. I just shook my head and began to make breakfast for the three of us.

As I was making breakfast, I heard the last person to wake up. Hestia was groaning in annoyance from waking up. But when she smelled the breakfast, she stood up and made her way to the couch.

"Feed me." She said, Neo just comes back and smacks Hestia on the head. Causing her to hold her head an lower herself near the floor.

"Neo why did you do that?!" She said with tears in her eyes, Neo just pulled down her eye and stuck out her tongue.

Seeing how she acts towards Hestia is somewhat hilarious for some reason. After the two of them finished with their squabbling, I called the two of them for breakfast.

They instantly acted nice with one another and rushed towards me wanting to take the dishes from my hand.

As soon as the two of them took a bite, they both landed on their knees and had a smile on their face.

"I know this is just a baked potato, but it tastes so good." Moaned Hestia, I just looked at my hands and began to wonder what else did the being give me.

'Can I transform into a bird?' But I just tossed that thought behind me and also grabbed a baked potato.

As I took a bite, I widened my eyes and looked at the potato in my hand.

'How the fuck does this taste like a damn five star dish?!' I screamed mentally, I know for sure there is no way that I could make a normal potato taste so good.

I ended up finishing the rest of it, and soon felt like I could take on an army of goblins. As o was distracted I didn't notice Hestia was already out the door with energy.

"I'll be back, make sure to not die!" Her footsteps became farther and farther until we can't hear her anymore.

"Well, Neo let's get ready." I said, and I made sure to make some lunch for us this time. I then handed the lunch to Neo and she stored it behind her.

She then grabbed hush, and the two of us then made our way towards the dungeon. As we made our way towards it I noticed a certain silver hairs female was waiting outside.

"Neo, semblance." Neo understood what I meant, and used her semblance to disguise us so that we could pass Syr, or Freya.

But as we passed by, Syr saw us and smiled. I just chuckled in my head, and prepared to watch her embarres herself.

"Hey Qrow, Neo wait up!" But before she could even catch up to us, another member of the hostess of fertility appeared.

"Nya? Syr who are you talking to?" Asked the cat girl. This caused Syr to stop and look at the girl.

"What do you mean? It's Qrow and Neo." Syr then pointed in our direction, and I just smiled, we won the battle.

'Ladies and gentlemen, we got em.' I grabbed Neo's hand and began to run away from the shop as fast as we could.

By the time we arrived, the two of us were panting from the running we did. I had Neo keep the illusion up for a bit longer until we calmed our breathing.

"Welp than conformes the theory I had for a while." I said to Neo. She tilted her head in confusion and wanted to know what I was thinking about.

"Well, I heard rumors about Syr not being who she really is." I said, and remembered something in the past.

FLASHBACK IN LAST LIFE

I was enjoying some lore about the danmachi, and found out about Ryuu's past. I honestly felt bad for her that she lost her friends against that one monster.

I then scrolled down a bit and saw a video on who Syr is, I was curious on what Sry's backstory was. But it was just a theory that Sry is Freya.

I thought that it was impossible at the time, but I never really threw the thought out of my mind. I just hoped that the theory was false.

Later down the line, I found evidence that Sry was indeed Freya. It made sense Freya is obsessed with bell, so she would disguise herself as a mortal to interact with him.

PRESENT

"So you know how gods can detect if someone is lying, and illusion can't work on them, right." Neo nods her head at what I said and was still confused.

"Syr is a mortal, but she was able to see us when you used you illusion. Therefore…" Neo placed her head on her hand and sat down on a stone bench.

I could see the gears grinding in her head at what I said, and soon the lightbulb went off and she looked at me in shock. She quickly pulled out some paper and wrote down her thoughts.

"That means, Sry is not a mortal, she's a goddess!!" I nod my head at her answer and Neo began to panic.

She wrote on the paper once again and showed it to me.

"We need to level up fast." She wrote, I smiled at her enthusiasm and faced the dungeon. I felt my blood pumping, knowing that Syr/Freya had her eyes on me.

So I knew I was about to take bell's place, the two of us then made our way into the dungeon and decided to head deeper for more excilia.

Though this time, I drew my blade, and rushed passed the other adventurers so they wouldn't follow us.

After heading to the second floor, goblins appeared in front of me. Three of them were to distracted by air, while the fourth noticed me.

But before he could alarm the other's I rushed forward and swung the blade, the bodies all fell to the side and soon puffed into black smoke.

Cracks then began to form on the wall and more goblins appeared, as well as some kobolds. As soon as they landed, they all charged at me with their hands and claws.

One of goblins jumped into the air, and swung its fist at me. While a kobold tried to strike me from behind.

But out of no where, the kobold tripped on the floor while the goblin somehow got itself pierced by the sword pierced the sword.

I didn't stay in place for too long because more of the goblins and kobolds where charging at me, so I did the same.

And thanks to my skill, I wasn't struck once when I fought them all. Sure it was anti-climatic but these are weak monsters.

'I wonder, if I reach the seventeenth floor will my luck help me?' I decided to test that theory when I'm level two or three, for now I'll just focus what's in front of me.

After what felt like half an hour, we collected more than fifty magic stones. Seeing at the amount that Neo collected we decided to head to the lower floors.

Along the way, we met with some other party members, most of them consisted of an elf, dwarf, pallum and some beast folk.

They were kind to us, and told us that they cleared most of the monsters from the third floor, just the entrance though since they are heading to the surface.

Me and Neo gave our thanks and made our way to the third floor, by the time we arrived at the third floor there weren't any monsters like the party said.

So we just walked in silence since Neo couldn't talk and I didn't have anything to start a conversation. We then saw three men approaching. us and had greed in their eyes.

"Hey there, are you two new?" Asked the leader, the two of us just looked at each other and I shook my head, I wanted to see if my bullets could hit them.

"Yeah we're new, you here to give us some advice?" I lied to them, because we knew the danger that the first few floor's.

"Well we could give it to you two for a price. Just hand us the girl and the sword." I wanted to slap them so hard and leave them for the dungeon.

"Yeah no thanks, I think we can manage." I said, but the three of them drew their weapons and pointed them at us.

"Well to bad, this isn't a request. Give them to us." I just sighed and stood up and took out my blade, and changed it to its gun mode.

The three od them widened their eyes and the desire in their eyes grew, but before they even took the first step, I pulled the trigger.

A large bang was heard, causing two of them to cover their ears from the noise. Soon a thud was heard and the two of them opened their eyes to see the leaders head blown off.

They screamed in fright and landed on their asses seeing the blood pour out of the leaders head. They tried to run away, but Neo was already in front of the two of them with her sadistic smile.

"Please spare us." One of them begged,'but Neo just thrusts the blade through the mana head. She kicks his head causing the corps to fall on the floor.

The last one was able to slip past her and was running, but he didn't get far when I showed up. This one then drew its blade, and tried to strike me were I stood.

But I just used my blade to change the direction, causing the man to pass by me. As soon as he did pass, I swung my blade towards his neck chopping his head off.

The body then slumped onto the floor and blood began to pool around him. I just sighed at what they tried to do, and walked back to Neo.

By the time I got back, she was playing on her scroll again. As I neared her, she raised her head and skipped towards me with a piece of paper in her hand.

"What now?" She tilted her head to the side, and just stared at me.

"Just grab the money and weapons, leave the bodies to the dungeon." We quickly began to loot the bodies, finding some pouches of magic stone.

'Guess they killed other people as well.' I just shook my head and soon left the bodies to the monsters.

"Let's head back." I said, and we slowly made our way to the surface. As the two of us made our way back I began to remembered the faces they had and what I did.

I stumbled a bit and nearly fell, luckily Neo was able to catch me. She then shook me and looked at me in concern.

"Shit, I just killed for the first time." I said, and took deep breaths.

"Guess you were right, we are putting our lives on the line." With Neo's help, I was able to stand. Grabbed my flask and began to down some vodka to help me forget.

I was going to have a rough time forgetting what I just did.
