Hey people! Your favorite incompetent author here! This isn't chapter 22, it'll be coming out either today or tomorrow depending on if I finish it writing in time, so don't worry you'll be getting it soon!

I've had a couple of ideas floating around on how I want to do this story and a couple of stuff I've decided to scrap, this of course depends on your choices! I'm getting a bit impatient and I'd love to tackle other worlds with Merlin, I've got a bunch of ideas for each of them! As it seems that the Danmachi section will take at LEAST 1-2 years to complete before we move to another world.

With that, my thought process is to split this story into sections, multiple stories. This will be renamed accordingly to be ONLY Danmachi related. And every other world will have it's own separate story.

Now, don't worry, I'm not quitting this story at all! In fact, I'm planning on writing only 1 different world in addition to this one, (I don't have that much time to write more than 2 stories at a time lmao). As such the pacing and update rate of chapters shouldn't be too different, maybe once a week for each story at the regular length.

Then again, YOU guys are the judges! If you'd like me to ignore those rambling of mine and just focus STRICTLY on this story and that my whole idea is pretty stupid do vote/write your feedback!

Before I present the choices for the 2nd story or the choice to not do this at all.

I need to explain a few things on how Merlin is summoned and how, depending on the way he is summoned, his involvement and impact on the world varies. There are 3 types of him arriving to a new world:

(1) Hero Summoning: This very story (Danmachi) is a Hero summoning, Here, Merlin is taking a backseat in regards to impacting the story, and he is limited by his own self imposed rules and limitations. The Main character so to speak is the Hero that summons him, and the focus is on the development of said Hero, as Merlin "mentors" him through his growth.

(2) Familiar Summoning: This is where Merlin is summoned as a "pet", "guardian", "companion" etc... Here, Merlin does not hold back at all, he does not care at all about his impact on the world or the consequences of his actions towards his summoner and himself. His impact in a world in which he is summoned this way is MAJOR to say the least. He is bound to his summoner, but he acts as he pleases, not focusing on the summoner's development whatsoever, in contrast to Hero Summoning.

(3) Reincarnation: This is a type of familiar summoning. However, due to some worlds lacking in magic or in Dragons, he has to arrive in that world in a rather... Organic way. He acts as if it was a familiar summoning of course

(7) Fate/stay Dragon - Fate Verse World (Familiar Summoning)

(8) Dracarys! B*tch?! Don't Tell Me What To Do! - GOT World (Reincarnation)

(9) That Time I Reincarnated For The 1000th Time As A Dragon - Slime Isekai World (Reincarnation)

(10) Dragons And Bossoms - Highschool DXD World (Hero Summoning)

(11) Gandalfwhat? - Familiar Of Zero (Familiar Summoning) (Of course)

(12) Don't do any of this, keep writing this story and you'll eventually get to these ones in a few years!

Now, The option with the most votes and so on will be picked and that will be what I do. If you guys pick a world, I'll split this story into a new Danmachi Title. And I'll create a new story for the world you guys picked!

But, if most of you chose the option of ONLY continuing this story and not to split it off and just make it one giant multiverse story that will take a year or 2 to reach a brand new world. I'll do that as well!
