91 Short story 1

Sophia's POV:

"It's morning…time to wake up milady"

The voice of Rouche woke me up from my slumber as usual, she was bowing respectfully to the side of my bed.

truthfully, I had already been awake for an hour now, I can't bear to sleep with this woman watching over me...like seriously even for a maid isn't it a bit much to come to my room at 2 A.M and watch me sleep for 4 hours every single day?

(He can send a former imperial spy to watch my every movement day in and day out and yet he can't afford to spend time with me…typical father I guess)

I momentarily thought to myself, mockingly questioning my father's parenting.

Rouche came from a distinguished house of which is known to produce top tier servants for noble houses, or so they say...honestly I never really bought into that crap since when father introduced her to me it sounded much more like a sh*tty sales pitch rather than an introduction.
