52 Chapter 22: tea party (1)

Sophia's POV:

After last night's confrontation with father, I got a good night's sleep.

When I confronted my father about the "human resource centers", he recognized me as an "adult". Apparently, he set up the whole "human resource centers" thinking that I would eventually reach the truth.

After explaining that to me, my father said this at the end:

"If you can't walk without your parents holding your hand, you can't survive in the nobles society. Even more so since this "sideshow" is the most favored by unscrupulous nobles"

I didn't know whether it was the self-fulfillment or the satisfaction I felt in finally making things clear with my father but my good mood followed me into my dreams and into this morning.

For the first time in the history of my life I woke up early without the help of Rouche greatly surprising the servants (I'm not proud to admit it...but I'm a consistently weak morning person).
