A defensive barrier Markus conjured shattered upon blocking one of the lasers.

Markus thought as he decided to continue dodging the near light speed attacks instead of blocking them.

He tried to block the lasers earlier with his sword too but al it accomplished was increase the amount of lasers Markus needed to dodge so he decided to put the sword into his item box to prevent the situation from getting worse.

((I could conjure a stronger barrier, a enough barrier to block these lasers but that would require me to sit still and that's not possible with those two fidget spinners of death around))
