1 Episode one

School Begins

It's a bright Monday morning, about 6:am,

Lucy, a light skinned girl, red-haired with ocean blue eyes is sleeping soundly on her king sized expensive bed. Her room is all orange as that is her favorite color. Her bedsheets and curtains are the only things that differ from other things in her room as they are of white colors. The door to her room also differs as it is of brown color. She is an orange princess as her Dad calls her.

Grrr grrr, goes the alarm, 6:35am as it was being set

Lucy: Shut up, you annoying alarm! (yells and kicks the alarm clock off the table close to her and the clock falls down but didn't get broken)

Mrs Green:(Enters) Lucy!Lucy! Wake up already! You have to start getting ready for school

Lucy: Let me just sleep a little, please mom, just a little

Mrs Green: No, you always take time dressing and all, plus you have to eat breakfast before leaving for school by 7:30.

Up, you lazy girl!

Lucy: Uh!! I'm up! (Grumbles)

Mrs Green: Good, go do the needful in the bathroom, the cook will be getting the food ready, while your Dad and I get ready for work

Lucy: Yes, mom. (she goes to the bathroom and her mother leaves.)

Several minutes later, Lucy got dressed, wearing blue jean trousers with a red top and a white canvas,as her school doesn't have a uniform. She puts the clock back to its place and walks out of the room, going down the stairs.

Lucy: I hate weekday mornings. You can't get enough sleep and just when you are dreaming something good, you get woken up!" (Getting to the dining room)

Lucy: Good morning lovely parents!

Mr Green: Good morning sweetheart

Mrs Green: Oh now, you want to greet me?

Lucy: Momma, you know, sleep and I are best friends, when I get separated from it, I am not at all happy. Don't be annoyed sweet mom.(walks to her mother and pecks her) I love you Momma

Becca: (walks into the dinning room) So sleep is now your best friend, how about me?

Lucy: (Aside) My browned skinned and black haired best friend, she is African-American and that makes her special to me. She sometimes stops at my house to go to school together.

Lucy: Becca, good morning

Becca: Yeah yeah

Good morning Mr and Mrs Green

Mrs Green: Morning dear

Mr Green : How are you, dear?

Becca: I was fine before I heard Lucy having another bestie apart from me

Lucy: Silly girl. You know what I meant. Besides, you are my bestie, my bestest and only bestie.

Becca: (smiles sheepishly) Good (draws out a chair to herself and sits down comfortably on the table ready to dig in on the omelette and bread served for breakfast.)

Lucy: (Aside) That's Becca for you, she considers us her family too and gets free with us. Like why wouldn't she? We grew up together.

Mr Green: Sit down and eat dearest, time waits for no man (gets up to go to work.pecks Lucy and his wife and leaves)

Lucy: (starts eating and eats little. Finished eating at the same time as Becca. Mrs Green tells them goodbye and leaves for the hospital.)

Becca: Let's go already, Lucy. It's 7:15am and you know it takes about 10 mins to get to royal high

Lucy: So? Who cares about getting early to school anyways.

Becca: Um, I do. To be successful, punctuality is needed.

Do I have to tell you this, everyday?!!

Lucy: Um, today starts this term, miss

Becca: So we should be late this term,being the second term?

Lucy: Hahaha, (laughs) Just pulling your legs, Becca." (Becca rolls her eyes, always with being punctual)

Lucy: Mr Potter would be waiting outside for us already. Let's go ( she quickly says not wanting to be reprimanded by miss punctual)

Becca: Yeah

They went outside and got into the white Lexus360. Mr Green got it specially for Lucy, it's one of her Six cars. When she turns 18, she will get into a driving school and learn how to drive, then she can use her cars herself. Becca doesn't drive hers, she has about two and her driver drives for her too. They are both 16 and not legalized to drive yet

Soon they approach Royal high, all students here are from one wealthy or rich family to another, the school is only for the rich. One can get into it through scholarship if one can't pay the fees but getting in through scholarship is difficult, you must have won lots of medals, have good grades, have a very good talent and pass an extreme CBT test of 150 questions for 20 mins. They haven't gotten any student on scholarship in Royal high.

The bell-like alarm rings exactly the time they get into the hall for assembly. They usually assemble like this, on the first and last day of terms to get some information and also on days when special announcements are to be made.

They got to the assembly and assembled according to their classes, Becca and Lucy in grade 10, class B. The principal began to remind them about the school rules and told them to be well mannered and other important things.

After the assembly, they all went into their various classes for the first period. As Lucy and Becca walk through the hallways, boys and girls could be seen staring, some even drooling, which happens every time, they are after all top one and top two most beautiful girls in the school, respectively.

When they got seated, they heard squeals from girls, a sign that their childhood friend, Kris, just entered school. He is the top one handsome boy in the school, blond haired and muscular.

Becca: Kris is here

Kris: Yeap. (Kris entered sitting beside them, they sit together in a row, Kris close to the window, Lucy at the end and Becca at the center.)

Kris: Hey girls

Lucy: Hey

Becca: You are late

Kris: Punctuality girl strikes again (Lucy and Kris both laugh. Becca rolled her eyes and stared at the board. The English tutor enters for their first class)
