Chapter Four

Unknown Point of View

_________________

I was walking in the now white forest, when a faint scent of vanilla, cinnamon and wet fur swirled into my nose.

My wolf instantly went still and whimpered.

Mate.

Without even knowing where I was going, I came to a hole in a tree where the scent from early seemed to emanate from.

Slowly looking in, I saw the most exotic looking wolf there must have ever been. The wolf was also very small.

He had swirls of white through out his deep black fur, which seemed to have a purple sheen to it.

When he looked up to me, his deep purple eyes shown pain that I couldn't understand.

Taking it as he was going to die from the cold, I wrapped my body around him to warm him up while whispering everything was going to be alright through a mind link.

As he slowly fell into unconsciousness, I snuggled up to him more.

He was amazing with his little body.

I wonder why he was out in the forest by himself.

His wolf looked to be really young, but judging by his eyes, he's been through a lot.

Waiting for the snow to slow down, I took him by the thick skin of the back of his neck and started trotting in the opposite direction I came.

His home had to be somewhere close.

As I walked ten minutes more, I finally saw a huge house.

Sniffing around the area, I found his scent to be pretty much everywhere.

This must be it.

I laid his limp body on the stair and hit my nose against their doorbell.

I looked at my mate one more time before darting back into the woods, so I wouldn't get attacked.

I was another alpha from a pack way down in Florida, but where I grew up I lived in the worst Winters you could imagine.

Siberia was a rough place.

My fur felt relief from the snow, as it started snowing again.

As I finally made it to my little shack in the middle of no where, I transformed back into my human form and walked into the shack.

I was met by my beta and her mate.

Yes, my beta is a girl. Girls are usually more scarier anyway.

"What the hell!" My beta, Julie, screamed as I looked up at her with snow in my hair, "Put clothes on now!"

I ran to my little room and put on sweat pants and a long-sleeved shirt.

No heat.

I heard Julies mate, Mark come out of their room and knock on my door.

"Enter." My voice boomed through the little room, echoing off the walls.

Mark entered with a bow, "Julie wants to know if you have found what you are looking for yet."

I nodded with a huge grin breaking out on my face. "Yes, Yes I have. We take action tomorrow."

My mate will be mine.
