Blind date

I am selena and here I dolled up myself for a blind date which my friend fixed for me.It was my 25th date before that all the date was failed.obviously , I rejected everyone because all of them seems phony .I didn't want to be in a relationship which may last only few years.Nowdays people brokeup easily and move on like nothing happened .

Yet, I was waiting for my soulmate.oh, I forgot to say this ,I had never loved noone in my school days.Now I am studying College with my bestfriend Lucy.We were friends since childhood and she dated four boys in school days unfortunately nothing worked for her.In college she is currently dating Andrew and I hope this one will last forever to them.

In a nutshell , I'm filled with knowledge and beauty.Yes, ofcourse I'm beautiful and I love myself more than anything .if you ask whom did I love most in the universe , I would definitely say myself.But I am little introvert and shy among boys.seriously , I really don't know how to talk with boys.

I went to the college daily and attend lecture without missing single class.While everyone in my class were enjoying parties ,club etc.But I prefer solitude .Lucy many times push me to go out and I spent most of my time with her only.she knew everything about myself.

I went to the date ,I met him at a famous restaurant.He waved his hand at me.I striped toward him.We both introduced ourself.Then we ordered our food.Me ordered icecream and he pizza.That was really awkward Between.

He broke the silence by asking," I heard you never loved noone before,is it true? "

The question was little bit irritating to me even though I answered, "yes" only.

Our foods were served and I was really famished that time .so I ate one piece of his pizza .For this he gawked me ," oh ,you ate one piece of my pizza so you have to share bill with me" ,said

I kinda felt queer about his words .I asked him," why did he broke up with her ex girlfriend?"

" I didn't like her attitude and it seems she was cheating on me,so I insisted brokeup " he said casually.

After hearing this I decided he is not the one I'm waiting.He was such a wretched person.Moreover he started badmouthing about her ex girlfriend. Eventhough ,he broke up with her it's not right to talk behind her like this.He had such a badmanners.I didn't like his behaviour.I was thinking how to go out of here,then I got a spam call , I use that call to leave there.

I told him," My friend was suffering from stomach pain, I need to go there immediately."

He was bemused . I gave some money to pay the food and left right after without looking back.I could finally feel my breath out when I came out of the restaurant.Then I went to my dorm .

" How was the date? did you like him? " she asked me when I enter the room.

" He was such a spoiled brat .I barely escaped from him.He had a queer personality." I said.

" oh god,what can I do with you ? atleast you should have gave him a chance to know more about himself " Lucy said .
