CHAPTER ONE

In a distant desert previously known as the Sahara desert,a girl named Check is seen moving slowly due to the lack of rest coupled with the scourging sun and burning sand underneath her feet.

She is covered with a cloak and moves forward, "Is there no end to this journey in this big bowl of burning sand?", She wondered.

She had been on this journey without much supplies and was already losing hope of ever making it to a dome. The only thing she could think of right now was that she has to survive no matter what it takes and that nothing, not even the desert, would be able to hold her back.

She has been there for two weeks and haven't seen any sign of a civilisation, night quickly falls and the temperature is now humid,she looks up in the sky to try to read her movements and see if she had gone off course when suddenly she realized that she was surrounded by deformed creatures, her guard was suddenly up as she found out that they were not going to back down.

The creatures looked like rotten wolves and zombified humans whose flesh has been affected and melted by the effect of the radioactivity in the earth.

The alpha rotten wolf attacked her from behind,she was able to avoid the attack while the wolf had the cloak she had on her.

She was dressed very rough underneath like a soldier that had been fighting up to this point,her clothes were torn revealing the dark top underneath the jacket,her jeans were ripped with some stains of blood.

The Alpha wolf signals the pack to attack, Check was able to dodge and attack when she realized that the wolf that she had twisted its neck was still moving as though it didn't receive any damage.

"You are a stubborn bunch,well you asked for it", Check yelled as she transformed into a werewolf and attacked them.

Few moments later, Check is found lying down close to a rock surrounded with shredded rotten skins and corpses.

She wonders how long she would have to keep up with the journey that doesn't seem to have an end and wonders what happened to the world.

The mystery of how the world became a wasteland was something she also wanted to know, she wanted to find out what really happened to the Earth, why people had to live in Domes and what caused the whole world to go mad.

She reached for her pocket and brought out a picture that showed her and people that looks like her parents and began to cry,

"why?? What happened?? Where did I go wrong??" She said while holding the picture close to her.

She fell asleep with the picture in her hands, her eyes were shaking like she was struggling with something;she kept on saying "no" over and over again, her grip was tight and her skin began to break slowly as though it was ripping apart.

Screams of people were heard and flames were everywhere, it was like an apocalypse, she saw the flames and horror and then the appearance of a dragon.

She suddenly woke up trying to catch her breath when she realized that her hands had lines that were glowing and she wondered what it was all about. She looked around and saw the corpses and laughed.

"Maybe I shouldn't sleep in a horror scene that I create,but still what is this dream??", She muttered to herself as she got up with a roughed up cloak and ready to move again. She couldn't put her thoughts around it but she knew that she knows what she must do.

(Somewhere else...)

Meanwhile,in a beautiful town,a girl is seen in grey sweat and joggers. She's having a great time looking at the city from a very high tower that was still in construction.

The people seem so happy and peaceful, the kids running around in the beach nearby, the sun so smooth on the skin and the sweet smell of barbecue passing with the wind.

Someone calls to her from behind and tells her to get off the tower and she laughs and runs away while they chase her.

She is now surrounded by the safety guards and told to not run because the tower is too high to be reckless but she smiles and jumps off the tower and lands on a heap of sand.

She looks up and sees the terrified faces of the guards and laughs. "You are crazy,you know that!!", yelled one of the guards.

She was not satisfied with the outcome so she decided to climb up the tower from a different direction, she used the woods and metals that were sticking out of the tower to climb to the top but stopped half way when she noticed that the guards were coming to get her.

This time instead of running around the tower before jumping, she decided to jump off the tower from that point since the previous jump was just two stories high.

She grabs a rope in mid air and swings to a bouncing castle and lands on it, the force in which she used to land made the castle bounce her off.

This time the guards were on high patrol and she couldn't pull any stunts in the tower again

She had achieved the level of fun she wanted and decided to go down to the beach side.

She lies down on the sand relaxing while everyone around her stares at her as though she's a celebrity and then continues what they are doing.

"Yeah nobody cares", she said to herself as she looked at the blue skies and wondered how thrilling life would be instead of the usual daily activities,when she hears a whistling wind and turns around.

She's curious as to what it was when she hears a voice as though it's from her head,"Are you satisfied?".
