7 Chapter Seven.

We walk in to find everyone busy on their desks. Well, everyone except for Wallace. He was flirting with some girl. I saw it and laughed while Raul had a very serious face on. He was about to confront him, when I held his hand and signal him not to. He just sighs ant takes me to his office. When we walked in, we found a woman, half naked , sitting on his desk. What on earth have I not seen at this point of life.

I shut my eyes, while Raul confronted the girl.

"Jenna, what on earth are you doing here?"

"I came for a replay. I want you."

"Jenna, take your things and leave. I am with my wife to be. So show a little respect." His tone. It was so scary I was scared even though it wasn't aimed at me.

"Why? Is it because of this loser of a woman? You have been fucking me since Maria, and now she comes along and all of a sudden you stop. Knowing you, you can't be in love. It can only be one thing, you want to take advantage of her. Wow. I knew you were cruel."

I opened my eyes to see her face again. She was indeed beautiful and curvious, even more than me. She then walked towards Raul. He was clenching his teeth so hard, I thought they would break. She then had the guts to lean forward and kiss him. All of a sudden I felt an untold anger. I pulled her out of Raul's side and slapped her hard across the face.

Raul and Jenna look shocked. I am also shocked, but I do not show it. Raul then smiles.

"Listen lady. Raul is mine now. And I do not like sharing so if you two had something, it's over now."

"You stupid son of a..."

Before she could finish Raul grabbed her arm.

"Listen puta, get out of here before I do something so bad to you you will beg for death." he hissed.

Jenna looks at Raul with tears in her eyes then tells me,

"You are going to pay for this."

When she walks out I sigh in relief and sink in Raul's chair.

"Well that was unlike you." Raul says.

"Honestly, I don't know what got over me." I say.

"I loved whatever that was. But I hope it doesn't have to happen again." Raul says.

I chuckle and so does he. Just then, Wallace walks in.

"What did you do to Jenna. Her cheek had handprints. Raul, I thought we said no hurting women."

"Actually, it wasn't me." Raul says, smiling.

"It was me. I was the one who slapped her. I need to confess of my sin before I go to hell." I say and Wallace laughs.

"Well princess, I am sure I will be going to hell. I killed two innocent women who had served God all their lives." he says with a guilty voice, and it feels like he has been holding it in for far too long.

"I was there. You killed my friends. My fellow sisters." I say, as the moment replays in my mind. I feel tears swell in my eyes but I blink them back.

"I never apologized and that was bad. I am so sorry Iris. I was not supposed to do that. Please forgive me." Wallace said.

"Well, I preach forgiveness, so it's only right if I forgive. And so, I forgive you Wallace."

With that he let out a tight sigh.

"Thanks Iris." he says then hugs me, nods at Raul, then leaves.

"You know, I could feel your jealousy from here." I tell Raul.

"I said I don't like sharing. You are only mine Iris. And I will always be jealous of anything or anyone that comes between us. So I won't deny, I did feel jealous." I smile and he smiles back.

"If I wouldn't known better I would have said you loved me. But, I know better."

"Well I..."

Before he could finish, a woman walks in with documents in her hands. She was in a short tight black skirt,black stilettos, an official white shirt and a matching pair of black and white glasses.

"Sorry to interrupt, but the meeting is about to start."

"I'll be there."

"Oh and, Mr Stefano Accardi is here."

Raul froze and the secretary left.

"What is it?" I ask.

"I an not comfortable with my dad meeting you today."Raul says, disappointed.

I go to him and slowly massage his shoulders.

"Don't worry he doesn't scare me."

He takes a huge sigh and nods.

He takes my hand and leads me to the office. I take a deep breath in as we walk into the office. It was a big round table where there wad one space left. I assumed nobody knew that I was coming. Raul took his seat and I stood behind him.

Just then, A woman had a presentation. I noticed that her statistics were wrong, but I said nothing about it.

"And due to these results, the company is due to fall." the secretary concludes.

"That's impossible, I checked on all the branches and we were just fine." Raul responds, purely angry.

"So you are saying that my secretary is wrong?" A man who looked like an older version of Raul said. I guessed it was Stefano. I don't think those two get along, but I remain shut.

"Well, you trust your secretary more than your son. Makes me wonder who trained me."

"Listen here child. You have to accept when you are wrong." He says with a smirk.

I notice Raul clenching his fists and that triggers me real bad. I take a deep breath and decide to step up for him.

"But what if I prove you're wrong." I ask.

"Child, you have been here less than ten minutes and you want to prove me wrong? Goodness Raul, every time I think you have reached full blown disappointment, you make another level."

"Well if I prove you wrong you will have to agree that you are a useless father who knows nothing about business nor family. Agreed?" I say, definitely offended.

"Whatever you say child." he spits arrogantly.

He lays comfortably on his chair. I look at Raul and the confidence on his face gives me strength. Oh I'm gonna enjoy this.

I tell the woman to rewind the slide and I am able to point out a small liability in her presentation.

"That small thing is what you called a liability..."

"You see, Mr Accardi, that is your problem. You don't understand that little things make a major difference, especially in business. if you multiply this small figure with 365, what do you find? The sales will be up by 59 percent." I say.

"Well, I must say im impressed."

"Also, you must say that you're a useless father who doesn't know anything about business nor family."

"I have never been challenged by a woman before. But for you I will make an exception. I suck at fatherhood and at entrepreneurship. Hope you're happy." He says in arrogance.

"I am cause I can tell your reputation is not." I reply returning the arrogance.

With that, I take Raul's hand and leave the office.

"That was wonderful. Even I have never stood up to my dad like that." Raul says.

"Well someone had to." I reply and laugh.

"He looked like he was going to explode." Wallace says, joining in our moment of glory. We laugh really hard and I can see that all the employees were astonished to see Raul happy. I felt a warmth in my heart. And I knew right away that it was my duty to make him happy.

Just as I was swindling in my world of fantasy, I hear a strong Italian accent call out my name. And it wasn't Raul. I turn around to be met with Stefano's eyes.

"What do you want from my wife father?" Raul asks him as he escorts me to him.

"Don't worry. It's non of your concern." he replies.

"Father, she is all of my concern." Raul says, anger detectable in his voice.

"it's okay. I'll be back before you know it." I tell him. He buys it and I follow Stefano to his office.
