In the world of Exylus where in a huge silver Mansion floating on air a lady with eyelashes so long and sparkly blinked calmly, she looked tired and her slender fingers lay rubbing her belly.

Her long glittery nails were of a colour that no one knew of, her skin was a pale purple her belly had a huge bump she looked tired as if she had just given birth.

She was on an immense magical-looking bed, her eyes were closed and you could see the small wrinkles on her face she had huge wings that sprung so wide.

They were so huge and vibrant, they were so luminous and beautiful you couldn't tell the colour. When she opened her eyes it shone like diamonds twinkling upon a dark blue sky and there was a little beautiful crib beside her encrusted with diamonds.

There were plants entwined on the crib on it unknown plants with crystals: green, blue, gold but inside lay the most magical thing you would ever see...

A baby with the same magical pale skin as her pale-looking mother which quickly transform into a pale peachy, brown colour.

The beautiful blue lips of the baby turned soft and pink and the baby's fingers which had all types of petals on them were gone all lay were little fragile fingers the baby was wrapped in a blanket of the weirdest soft beautiful diamonds which turned into a blanket.

There were recognisable petals on the baby's hair like a decoration. However it was once a long white to purple hair which was very long wrapping the baby like a blanket.

But then it now shortened and became extremely curly the tips of it a light purple, like a normal human.

The baby had light brown skin, and when it opened its eyes it felt like it had

just created a whole world with its violet-gold eyes.

People say she is a goddess but she truly re-made the world her name is Erica the daughter of the Mother of the Universe the diamond on her forehead shows her magical ability and it was a completely unknown colour to show her forever variety of abilities most says it was a purple diamond so beautiful outlined with special gold. Some say that Erica's powers still lay in a person.... but it's just in the legends...

We even translated their languages so we are going to be learning about their types of food today they are foods like eggs and they are-"

Suddenly Mrs Dilica stopped, and the room went quiet all I was focused on was my pencil moving around the white clean page when suddenly Julian tapped me. I shoved him in annoyance, and then he budged me even harder and whispered in the straightest face,

"Look up Irene", to my surprise everyone was staring at me, especially the teacher she gave me her special thin cold diamond eye (a cold stare) which made me shiver which is the look she always gave me, then in her loud high pitched voice she bellowed,

"IRENE! I see my class is boring you to death-"

I nervously interrupted trying to find an excuse,

"Miss that's not it the thing is I was just.. just um... miss-"

Then Mrs Dilica stopped me she gestured for me to come to the front and then bellowed in my face where I could smell the smell of coffee and how her spit went on my face.

"FIRSTLY NEVER INTERRUPT ME WHEN IM SPEAKING! I know your new here and you have only been here for a month but I ain't going easy on you out....OUT NOW TO THE PRINCIPAL YOU BRAT!"

I scurried off rapidly wiping off her spit with tissues as I opened the door to the principles office, the principal asked me.

"Irene Max, your new aren't you, hmph why ya here tell me"

I stuttered and fidgeted speaking in a low tone

"Um well, the thing is I...I was sent here for drawing in a lesson."

There was quietness then he calmly said.

"Well...you know the rules but since your new, I will let you off this time ok...

Since... I know you're going through a lot Irene I'm here to help-"

I sharply interrupted knowing the words he was going to say as he looked at me but my eyes wouldn't meet him as I answered as softly as I could.

"I'm quite fine Mr Donovan but thanks...I'm doing just fine!"

After registration, the boys and girls would split up to do different activities. Julian was younger than me by 1 year but because he was so smart we were in the same year : 9A.

He ushered me out as I walked down the wide hallway with windows wide and outside I looked enviously at the boys hoverboarding. It was clear and through them, I could see on the green grassy field they were hoverboarding as they laughed numerously, I was so jealous I hated having to stay in class while the others got to do other things well rather specifically the boys.

I walked outside Julian beside me it was a scorching hot day we walked down the street where there were circular houses, Julian approached me,

"Hey Irene, sir said I could borrow this hoverboard it's sick look!

I watched as my brother rose in the air drifting swiftly hovering above my head as he swayed side to side before settling down again on his feet

"Jules, lemme try please"

As I pleaded with puppy robodog eyes.

"Fine, whatever I'm too nice."

I hugged my brother and I balanced on it easily and swiftly. As my brother watched shocked at how simple it looked for me on my first try, as I professionally drifted better than my brother at ease I felt the air in my bouncy purple hair as I swayed side to side my arms spread out, wide.

"WOW, that was so cool how did you do it, it took everyone bout 1 month to learn how to do that wow I gotta say, sis!"

As he clapped his hands impressed I slowly drifted down elated as I praised myself.

When we arrived at the small circular house (which was ours) with its circular windows and the floating doorstep. I put my hand on the fingerprint scanner it opened and I walked in with Julian he put his hand over his nose before saying,

"What the.. that smell though what is that smoke."

Before then running up the stairs, the smell was a strong stench coming from the kitchen I opened the door to see my mom had smoke coming out of her mouth.

She then suddenly put it away at the sight of me, I was horrified those were not only impossibly rare and hard to obtain but they were illegal and very rare and never used.

They made you blow smoke threw your mouth and they were used by humans it's an ancient tool called a 'cigarette'.

There are only a few left and here my mom is using one I was speechless and yet worried as it was dangerous,

"You know... you shouldn't be usingthatit'sdangerouswhatifyougethurtthenwh-" Running out of breath.

My mom carefully put it in a glass case before shutting it and then saying with a herd of guilt in her eyes,

"Look, I'm sorry I'm just..j..just a bit-mmph hm" my mom broke into tears she ran upstairs and I heard the thump as she threw herself on her bed I knew it had been a few months after dad died 18 months precisely.

I felt bad, my parents were both scientists my dad found something bad that even the government were scared of, and then an assassin came in the night.

I remember the night, my dad was on the floor three stabs on his chest and blood pouring out and the person standing there in his black suit his radiant, red eyes shining in the moonlight. Someone must have really wanted him dead and because of his death, it broke my family and mostly... my mum.

My mom was not cheerful anymore like she was hiding something... But I trusted my mom even though all she ever told me was that Dad knew some things the government didn't, and it got him into trouble with a sad smile every time.

Or she came up with new lies to cover her breakdowns or when she forgets to come for school meetings It was like my mum was slowly disappearing.

I looked at the table there was some cottage pie and Nanofizz (the latest fizzy drink/soda) on the table I cut it eating some pieces. I nibbled at it and went upstairs, I passed by the mirror then I stared at the mirror at the diamond on my forehead a violet colour outlined with Gold. It was weird it was appearing they say the diamond on your forehead never appears only when it's the right time so why was it showing..?

My roots were dark blueish purple to a beautiful light violet, sometimes my hair looked like a light purple, and my eyes were a deep purple.

Then in the middle of my forehead ...for a second I thought I saw a golden outlining on the side of it as it suddenly disappeared from my forehead...
