THE VOICE

I immediately teleported 2 meters away from him when Mr. De Guzman suddenly used his mana burst. It's a kind of power where you're able to use your mana to do a very close attack. It has 1 meter radius and only suitable for close combat. He's indeed a head of our department.

I once again used my teleportation and speed as an assassin type to attack but he blocked it all. As expected to him. He's quite an interesting foe.

"Mr. Sifyola, I know you're just testing my power. But if you just focus on that thought, I'm afraid it's your loss now." Mr. De Guzman said as I see his hands moving.

Then I realized, he's using his secondary power to release an amazing lighting bomb above my head. What a terrifying human monster. Haha.. He can defeat the monster with that power in an instant. Although it depends on its voltage. Honestly, this is the first time that everyone seen this power of his. And so do I.

"Yohan! Dodge! His voltage is too powerful and can also follow his opponents movement!" It's Jevro yelling.

I withdraw my stealth and look at him. I even tilted my head as I hear the cracking sounds of the electric bomb above me. Everyone looks so worried when the bomb dropped. But it's not only them who suddenly stunned but also Mr. De Guzman. Why? Because his lightning suddenly envelopes me without harming me. Are you guys confuse? Well it's because of my eyes.

Back when Mr. De Guzman released his electric bomb, my eyes saw its weakness. And with my telekinesis, I attack it unnoticed by these people. That is why, unbelievably, I think, I now have an electric ability? I'm not sure. I glance at Mr. De Guzman who is now gaping in front of me. Not only him but everyone elese.

"No way! Did you just copy my power?!" He shouted at me with shocking expression on his face.

"I don't know either." I simply answered.

Honestly, I really have no idea how it happened. All I did was attacked it's weakness and before it landed on me. Then it happened! Wait, was it because of my secondary awakening?

"Fuck!" I secretly swear. Yeah.. I'm a crystal Gwandy.. But I didn't know that Gwandy has a secret power which can also absorb and copy others power. Or maybe.. Not? Then how the fuck did I get this?! Did I really have Mr. De Gunman's power?!

"Impossible.. Try to release it.. We have to check it!" Mr. De Guzman said.

I indeed do what he just said and raise my hand. However, instead of electric bomb.. There's a black circle above Mr. De Gunman. It's..

"Move away!!!" I also flinches when Alistair suddenly used his wind power to push the department head.

Just as he did that, the more powerful lightning suddenly strike his previous location. Those lightnings are from the black hole that I mindlessly created. Which I also have no idea how I did that. I snapped my fingers and the black hole disappeared. I keep thinking what the fuck happened and noticed everyone looking at me all pale.

Mr. De Guzman and Alistair also looks terrified while looking at me. Who the heck won't be terrified when you saw what happened. Alistair regain his composure instantly and walk towards me. His expression is serious as he stopped in front of me.

"Mr. Sifyola, may I have a words with you?" He said.

I know exactly what is he trying to tell me but I can't say no to him right now. I licked my lips and scratches my cheek as I move my eyes to Jevro. It seems like he immediately catches the meaning of my look and he quickly smack his uncle's head who finally regain his thoughts back.

"Alistair, he's my people. Under my guidance, so I guess I should talk to him first. I need to re-evaluate his power and after that, you can talk to him." Mr. De Guzman said as he approaches us.

Alistair frowned as he look at him but he didn't utter any words. He perhaps understand the situation. He's here to only just train those Malemyns who will be joining the raid. Nothing more nothing less. I can see his aura dancing as if his trying to control himself from pushing.

"I understand.. But I have a request before you talk to him." Alistair said as he once again look at me.

"What is that?" The department head sounds seriously cold.

Alistair's expression suddenly turned dark. He then look at me directly to my eyes as he open his mouth to speak.

"I want to spar with him." He said.

His companions suddenly rushed forward and hold his shoulders. Telling him to withdraw his words. But Alistair didn't listen. He just look at me continuously with cold and determine expression. He's not joking.. He's fucking serious when he said that. Me, on the other hand, feels excited at the same time.

"I'm sorry but I can't allow that. As you heard a while ago, back to the briefing. Mr. Sifyola just awakened his power two days ago. He's not yet aware of his power. Or maybe also not used to it too. So I think, our department needs to re-evaluate him as soon as possible. Don't worry sir, after we figured out his full power, we will let you two spar." Mr. De Guzman said.

"Listen to him, Alistair." One of the visitors also speak.

He's gripping Alistair's shoulder as if he's giving him a warning through gripping. After a few seconds, Alistair expression back to normal. He also smile at me as if he's being friendly.

"Alright, then. Let your department check on you now. I will do the checking of your friends here." He said as he tapped my shoulders.

Mr. De Guzman quickly grabbed my hands as he pulled me. I also saw Jevro immediately followed us and we all go to the evaluation room. Now that I slowly understand the power of my eyes, what should I name it? I still thinking when Jevro suddenly pulled me to the evaluation room. No, it's not the evaluation room I've been. It's different and I can feel the enormous power inside of it.

"Let's go inside. This room is a secret from other Malemyns who have been perfectly evaluated. But since you're also a hidden class like Jevro, I will use this room to re-evaluate you. I trust you not to tell nor mention this to others. and also, calle Alfonso from now on." Alfonso said as he used his card to open the door.

Jevro is still holding my hands without saying anything. His hand is rough, maybe because he's using a sword?

I feel my eyes itching when we finally entered the room. I was shocked when I finally saw the reason why I'm feeling excited. The thing in front of me is not an orb like the one I used. But it is actually the stone, no rather it is the asteroid that hit my house and killed my parents! And it's colour gold?!

"Your eyes is brightly shining as if it's reacting to the stone." Alfonso said.

Jevro also look at my eyes to see it too. I didn't answer him and just keeps looking at the stone. There's something that is suddenly burning inside my chest but I don't know what it is. Should I come closer? Or maybe touch it?

"Don't get too close.. The stone is very powerful. There's a possibility that it can give you damage." Jevro said. He maybe feel my urge.

"Then how did you guys bring it here?" I asked.

My eyes is still itching and my chest is still burning. Maybe I shouldn't get closer to it indeed.

"The Monsters department used a method to bring it here. I don't know what it is exactly so don't ask me more. Just listen to my uncle's words from now on." Jevro said as he released my hands.

I listened to him and just wanted to Alfonso to tell me something. And while waiting, I just keep staring at the stone. The long I'm staring at it, the comfortable my eyes felt. It's weird but feels wonderful at the same time.

I now curious where this stone came from exactly? Is it really sent by God? Or there's something more behind it? I want to know but where should I start searching the answer?

"Yohan.. Please stepped on the floor where there's a mark in it." I heard Alfonso said it.

I followed his words and I look for the mark on the floor. It's in the right side which actually 3 meters away from the stone. It has red wire connected to it. Maybe the results will be based on how the stone will react? I kinda feel excited about it.

Smiling and feels excited, I immediately stepped on the mark. But instead of being evaluated, I heard a loud voice inside my head as I stepped on the mark. The voice sounds deep and hoarse. I covered my ears when I feel like it's making me deaf.

"Child.. Save the world with the power I bestowed you. Find the core and destroy it. By then.. The safety of your people will be ensured. Do everything you can even to sacrifice one's life."
