Invisible-Irina in the afterlife

This story was born from a dream of mine. Again. I got a lot of interesting dreams and some I turn into stories. Irina was dead, she was a ghost. She was invisible. And she got a hunger for some reason. She lived alone for a while, wandering through the world, having little adventures. Then Irina met a boy. He was different. They become friends and she showed her how she got along. He asked a lot of questions... What is his secret?

2nd The Labyrinth

After a while, Irina who was still sitting on the ferris wheel, ate up all her bread and the vegetables she got from the big market. She wanted more, different food, sweets and candy later too.

Looking around she saw a store with stuffed animals and toys. No. A shop with clothes and costumes. No. A store with yummy fruits and drinks. Yes!

Carefully she climbed down the ferris wheel and went to the store. Irina watched out to not run into other people because then she would fade away for a second and the people would have a weird feeling of cold air around them. People could get confused then. She didn't want to get noticed like that.

When she reached the fruit store, she looked at all the yummy food and tried to choose on what she wanted first. An apple or better a peach, or a mango or strawberries? Hm, she was thoughtful.

Carefully Irina sneaked into the store and checked if someone was watching her. The man at the counter was just looking for costumers and not at her.

Okay. It's save.

Quickly Irina took a strawberry from a bowl and put it into her mouth. It tasted good. Then she ate another one. Looking around she saw the man still didn't notice her. Irina picked up a mango from the table and bit in it. Sweet and nice. Yummy.

On the table also was a plate with grapes and pineapple pieces. Carefully she took some and ate them without getting realised by the man at the counter. He finally found a costumer who ordered a fruit smoothie.

After Irina was finished eating, she left the store and went on to get some candy and sweets. She looked around and found a shop with various cakes, cookies and other sugary stuff.

Great!

Going to the shop she watched out to not run into people but it wasn't always that easy. A young woman with long blond hair, a pink top and blue jeans accidently dumped into and through Irina.

For a second she faded away and appeared again after the woman stopped touching her. She had a confused face expression and seemed uncomfortable because she felt the weird feeling of cold air around the ghost. She couldn't see her though. No one could. Irina ran away from the young woman and slipped through the crowd of people till she saw the candy shop coming closer.

As she reached the store she admired all the cakes and sweets, deciding on what she wanted to eat first. The woman on the counter was talking care of costumes and their orders. She won't notice Irina.

Slowly she decided on a little piece of chocolate cake in the back and went to it. Before touching it and making it invisible, she looked around again to check if someone would watch her. No one did. Irina took it and ate with relish. It tasted so good. Next she grabbed a cookie and another one. She looked around again but everything was okay. The people were busy.

When she was finished and satisfied Irina left the store and avoided to dump into people. She wanted to go a little further to explore the festival. There were some amusement rides with screaming and laughing people, a roller coaster and shops with toys.

Irina stood there and watched the people for a while. They seemed happy. She smiled. Maybe she will try a ride later but now she was in the mood for something else.

Moving on to a mirror labyrinth, she went in. She couldn't see herself in the mirrors but it was still a labyrinth so it was fun to find the right paths and end up in dead ends. Some kids crossed her way in the labyrinth but she could make enough space for them to avoid touching them.
