Chapter 15: Ren's past

This chapter will explain the old life of the mc. It won't be a very long chapter. You can pass it if you want but it is better to read it to better understand the rest of the story.

My name is Ren and I am currently on a mission for the government. I was an important government agent who has done a lot of work in his life. I currently have 29 while I am doing this mission.

This mission was simple I just have to take a very important card. It will be very difficult since it is very important. The government offered to pay me $ 10,000,000 in tickets.

So I agree to do it. I had to go with my best friend. Infact he's my only friend. I am very unsociable normally. That's why I chose to do this job. I have never had a boyfriend or made love.

I entered a large building that was over 100 stories high. It is in this building that it finds the card I need to fulfill my mission.

The front door was guarded by lots of bodyguards. So I couldn't go through there. But I already had a plan.

On the map I was told to go through a window that I have to open. I arrived in front of the window with my best friend. I put my pistol on the handle. The window is open and we entered through the door.

There were no guards so we went upstairs discreetly. The card was on the highest floors of the tower. We were tired after arriving on the 67th floor. But we continued up to the top.

In the plan we had we have to open the door with a special key that we were given. I saw the door we were looking for and opened it. In the room there were lots of screens and a map in the middle of the room. The card was not protected so I took it and we left the room.

When we entered the stairs we heard an extremely loud alarm. We ran to the bottom as quickly as possible. But on the 23rd floor, bodyguards appeared behind us. They fired in all directions while we were running as fast as possible. The guards were more and more numerous.

When I got to the first floor, one of the bodyguards touched my leg. I couldn't run anymore but my best friend carried me to the window where we entered and we managed to escape.

We returned to government headquarters and returned the card. The government put the 10,000,000 into our accounts. My leg was better but I will be handicapped all my life because it had touched a bone.

I resigned after this mission and I fell addicted to video games, light novel and manga. My best friend no longer came to see me and I lived a life alone. But since I had video games I talked to people about games. I finished all the games I played and I was transported to another world.
