53 Chapter 53. Eastern Continent

Time passed and in a blink of an eye, 5 years passed,

Tirus had developed a colony of blade winged bats and even discovered new things about them, such as, a single female bat can't attract any male bat at all, but a single male bat could attract thousands upon thousands of female bats.

And since he made them, he had complete control over them.

He was always recieving messages on how the dark dawn guild was rapidly increasing its influence, it looked as if it was possible to take control over all of twilight zone within the next 2 years.

During this period of 5 years, Tirus had visited the Twilight Zone occasionally in secret, but that was it. He didn't meddle too much with politics there.

"A.I. chip, how is the simulation of rank 4 Thamion's essence going?"

[Beep! The optimized version of the ancient potion 'Thamion's essence' has been 78.34% completed… It will take another 780 days 13 hours and 2 minutes to complete the recipe]

The A.I. chip loyally intoned.

Although Tirus's cultivation was increasing at a rapid pace, but he still had an unbelievably stable energy foundation. Now, all he needed to break through to the morning star realm was a good enough stimulant.

'It will take me another 40 years to reach the peak of rank 3 crystal phase, once I reach that level, I'll use this optimized version of Thamion's essence to break through.'

The recipe for the ancient potion Thamion's essence was something he had gotten in the inheritance. It could help an acolyte break through and become a rank 1 official magus, similar to grime water, but better and with no side effects.

If he could have the A.I. chip create an advanced version of it, then he was sure to safely before a rank 4 magi.

"Lord Tirus, you have a new mission." Lewis stood on the threshold of the experimental room with a scroll in his hand.

"Give it to me and leave." Tirus simply made a grabbing motion and Lewis let go of the scroll, the scroll magically floated towards Tirus.

By the time Tirus grabbed the scroll, Lewis had already left.

"To the eastern continent? Why?" Tirus murmured, confused.

In the canon, there wasn't even a proper mention of this continent. He simply didn't know anything about this place.

"So there is a desert there, huh…an auction? Good."

It was said that there were endless deserts in the eastern continent, and so many people called it the eastern deserts.

This new mission was that he had to attend an auction in the eastern desert, and he would be funded by the organization, so if there was something that he wanted for himself, then he'd have to send money from his pocket.

The item that the organization required him to buy was a magical equipment which had the quality of beyond high-grade and an eye of an ancient dragon.

Its effects were unknown, but these were precious enough to start a massacre if placed in regions like south coast.

Days passed and Tirus had boarded the flying ship to Eastern desert.

He messaged Beth about what he was going to do and then continued meditation to pass time.

Soon, they reached the Eastern desert.

Looking at the seemingly endless desert, Tirus ordered the A.I. chip to scan the surroundings.

[Beep! The area has been scanned. The concentration of spiritual energy particles is the same as the central continent, the density of fire energy particles is twice as much]

The A.I. chip quickly gave him the results of the latest scans.

"Hm, quite a good place for fire energy cultivation, huh." He murmured softly while turning around.

"How long will it take us to reach the Albos city?"

"Lord, it should take us around 3 more days." A rank 1 semi converted magi bowed as he answered, this magi was none other than Lewis, he had been sent to accompany Tirus since he had once come here in the past.

"Hm, I've heard that you've been here before, tell me what you know about this place." Tirus inquired while looking at the brown feathered bird that was flying nearby.

Seeing this, Lewis answered, "Lord, that bird is a cloudly sand bird, it eats sand and is said to fly above the clouds, only coming down to eat sand."

"Oh I see, what about other species?"

"Here, you can find even some elf slaves, the elves found in the eastern continent are known as gold elves, they have naturally high affinity with the earth element. There is even a kingdom of such elves, and they have a rank 4 magi as their leader, thus securing their survival.

However, there are some daring ones among them who decide to create smaller and independent organizations, eventually getting captured by humans and are turned into slaves.

Many human forces also buy elven slaves and have them breed in secret planes so that they can sell them for a profit... Oh! And I forgot to mention there are even some moon elves, though they're usually sold at a sky-high price as they naturally increase the density of frost energy oarticles in their surrounding area at night while under the moon."

'Hm, similar to what I do with the dark elves in the twilight zone.' Tirus thought as a wry smile appeared on his face.

"Then, I think I'll buy a few for myself." He murmured in a low voice. Currently, an idea about creating a slave trade consisting of dark elves, gold elves, and moon elves was brewing in his mind.

Actually, he had been rearing and selling the dark elf slaves in the twilight zone for almost a century now, but he hadn't extended his businness to the surface world, of course because his power alone wasn't enough for him to start such a high-profit business right now.

'But if I can break through to the morning star realm…' A cold gealm flashed in his eyes and he returned to his room.

To be continued...
