Chapter 19

The one who shouted at Princess Aishia was Siesta. She woke up not long after Aryana and Theodore met Princess Aishia and overheard all their conversations. After Siesta listened to the game that Erigos was playing, she was shocked because she knew who the people in the house were and didn't want Princess Aishia to make the wrong choice.

"What!? What are you saying, Siesta!? Didn't I leave Ziel to you!? I thought you took him to a safer place!" Princess Aishia was taken aback by Siesta's words. She almost made a decision she would probably regret for the rest of her life.

"I'm sorry, Princes! I had to help Princess Elise before. There was no soldier I could ask for help at the time. So I decided to hide Ziel in that house." Siesta explained the reason she left Ziel at that place. Right now, she felt guilty for making that decision.

"Ugh! Where am I?"

"Argh! Sister!"

Siesta suddenly heard a voice next to her. She saw that Princess Elise and Princess Freya had woken up from hearing her screams to Princess Aishia earlier.

"Elise! Freya! Thank God you guys are awake!" Princess Aishia shouted happily that her sister and childhood friend was okay. But her face suddenly became gloomy after remembering that she was still in the Erigos game and had to make her choice soon.

"Aishia! Aryana!" Princess Freya tried to move when she saw Princess Aishia and Aryana. But she just realized that iron chains bound her body.

"Help me, Sis! Sob... Sob..." Princess Elise was terrified after discovering that she was in an iron cage. She could only cry while calling her sister.

Princess Aishia gritted her teeth as she felt the tremendous pressure of circumstances after seeing Princess Elise and Princess Freya's situation. She was confused about which one to choose. Whatever her choice, she will regret it for the rest of her life. Princess Aishia's eyes were wet, and tears finally dripped from her.

Princess Aishia mentioned the name of a butler who filled her heart recently. Tears flowed freely from her eyes. Her heart ached like it was being squeezed and would probably break if she had to choose one of them.

So, wouldn't they be hit by the fireball directly and scorched instantly? Hahaha... Get them out now!" Erigos laughed evilly and told his subordinate to get the three girls out of the cage.

"Princess Aishia, please save Princess Freya!" Aryana pleaded while kneeling in front of Princess Aishia.

"That's right, Princess. He's just a servant. Besides, there is also your sister waiting to be saved. You have to sacrifice that servant!" Theodore supported what Aryana said.

Princess Aishia muttered sadly in her heart while enduring the pain. She keeps running towards the three girls. Right now, her heart was breaking.

After reaching Princess Elis and the others, Princess Aishia hugged the three girls and activated the bracelet function. A gray tortoise shell instantly formed and protected the four of them.

"Ten..."

"Ziel!!!" Princess Aishia shouted as loudly as she could while extending her hand towards the house.

"Hahaha... Yes! That's a desperate face I want to see!" Erigos laughs madly.

Princess Aishia was silent with her eyes empty. She couldn't think of anything at the moment as her heart was shattered into pieces. She had chosen to sacrifice Ziel, the person who had filled her heart lately, to save others. Princess Aishia betrayed him by using the bracelet Ziel gave her as a gift to help someone other than Ziel. At this moment, tears flowed non-stop from her empty eyes.

"Hehehe... How about we play another game?" Erigos chuckled as he licked his lips.

Princess Freya and the others trembled. They don't know what other games Erigos will play. But that's not a good thing. Princess Freya and Princess Elise saw Princess Aishia's appalling condition. She was like a human who lost her soul.

"Surely Ziel will understand what you're doing, Sis! Sob... sob..." Princess Elise cried while hugging Princess Aishia, kneeling with a blank expression.

"Please be strong, Aishia. Our enemies are still here. Do you want to continue like that until that person destroys the Argaint Kingdom!?" Princess Freya looked sadly at Princess Aishia. After seeing her current state, Princess Freya finally knew who the man Princess Aishia had been talking about.

"Princess!"

Theodore and Aryana immediately rushed towards them as the explosion's impact began to dissipate.

"How is Princess Aishia?" Theodore asked Worriedly.

Princess Freya could only shake her head because she understood that Princess Aishia received an incredible mental attack when she betrayed Ziel. Theodore gritted his teeth in anger after he saw Princess Aishia's condition. He couldn't accept that a servant could make Princess Aishia like that.

"Princess Aishia, he is just a servant!" Theodore said unhappily.

"Stop, Theo! Don't you see the state of Aishia? Don't let your jealousy make you a shortsighted person." Princess Freya shouted furiously at Theodore because of his words.

"But, Princess..." Theodore still couldn't accept it.

"Stop, Theodore! We are still dealing with the enemy now!" Princess Freya reminded Theodore with a severe face.

Theodore reluctantly nodded and no longer spoke. He gritted his teeth again and again. Suddenly, Erigos' voice interrupted their conversation.

"Let's start the game again..." Erigos's words were suddenly cut off by the voice of his subordinates.

"Report, Lord Erigos!" One of the winged men shouted and lowered his head in front of Erigos. Erigos frowned at having been bothered by his subordinates.

"How dare you interrupt me while I'm talking! If this isn't something important, I'll kill you!" Erigos said as he strangled his men's necks.

"The...thing...we're...looking...for...has been...found. We were...ordered to withdraw..." His subordinate said with great difficulty because Erigos strangled his neck.

"I'm still not satisfied playing in this place. But since this is an order, then I have to obey it. In that case, I'll finish them off at once." Erigos reluctantly obeyed the order for retreat. 

Princess Freya and the others trembled after hearing Erigos' words. At a time like this, Princess Aishia's artifact couldn't be activated because the owner had lost consciousness.

Erigos raised her wand and cast her spell. He used all his strength to finish off Princess Aishia and the others this time.

Erigos was ready to fire his magic, but suddenly he heard a voice from the direction of the house he had just destroyed. Even Princess Aishia started to wake up after hearing that voice.

Everyone looked at the gap between the ruins of the house. They saw a pair of eyes slowly open. After those crimson-colored eyes opened perfectly, everyone who saw them could feel tremendous pressure.

Those crimson-colored eyes sent chills down their spines. Everyone in the place was having a hard time breathing. Ziel finally woke up after stabilizing the seal. The clear sky suddenly became cloudy. The ruins of the house exploded, and Ziel came out with a thick aura and mana shrouding him.
