Regal VS Zeus

Zeus punched, aiming straight at Regal's face not wasting any time. But Regal just smiled and raised his right hand and pushed Zeus's punch away, using the wrist as the connection point. 

Zeus naturally wasn't going to take Regal lightly if he had gone to the extent of interfering in the whole Ragnarok and he wasn't going to make the same mistake as he did with Adam. 

Zeus immediately punched with his other hand and this time much faster than before coming at a staggering 0.00001 seconds from his initial 0.01. 

And again Regal deflected it again, ushing on Zeus's wrist. 

Zeus's eyes sharpened and he barraged Regal with punches each time the speed increased, and suddenly he changed his attack pattern 

Meteor Jab

Zeus used his signature starter but Regal still only Redirected it. "Are you just going to redirect them?" Zeus casually asked as if this was a walk in the park

"I am just getting used to it" And Regal did the same. "But I will start getting involved now," he added and punched at Zeus's stomach his hand bursting into flames 

BAM! 

Zeus's stomach caved in and he was sent sliding back, "Hmm, how was it?" Regal causally asked and walked over to Zeus. 

"INCREDIBLE, HE PUSHED ZEUS BACK WITH A SINGLE PUNCH AND WHILE BEING BARRAGED!!!" Heimdall exclaimed in shock. "How is he doing this without a Völundr!!??" 

Zeus cracked his neck and kicked the ground, lunging at Regal with a heavy downward punch. 

Regal bends his body backward, avoiding it and kicking at the same time hitting Zeus's chin. But Zeus wasn't back off or getting pushed back, he struck at Regal's chest with his elbow and Regal placed his leg on Zeus's shoulder and pressed it down. 

Zeus's elbow landed making Regal's body carl but this also caused Zeus's shoulder to bear some impact and his knees to bend. Zeus ignored the pain and grabbed Regal's leg and jumped back but Regal grabbed Zeus's arm in a hold and pulled down. 

And surprisingly to all the gods present Regal pulled Zeus down and also managed to free his leg. Regal followed up with an elbow to the head but Zeus shifted his body and shattered the ground making an opening. But Regal was a step fast as he slammed his palm on Zeus's chest making him sink into the ground not letting him go. 

Zeus jabbed at Regal's neck with his top speed, making Regal's upper body jolt and recoil back, his neck was fine as Ophis had covered it as well but there was a visible blue where Ophs didn't cover showing that Regal was taking damage but only where the black liquid wasn't present.

Zeus a god who loves war noticed it and kicked Regal's knee sideways making his balance fall and Zeus jabbed at Regal neck and head again. 

Regal gritted his teeth and caught the jab to his face but his neck was hit, he kicked Zeus's neck using it as a jump pad, and made some distance. 

Zeus's head got buried into the ground but he immediately got up and slapped Regal who was airborne. Regal kicked his arm, changing direction while pushing back Zeus. 

Regal landed on his feet and checked his neck's condition, "Hmm, you did some real hurt there... Well, you aren't in a better condition so it's a plus," Regal casually commented as he dusted off his shirt was covered in dust, and his shirt was gone already exposing his body that was pitch black with purple tattoos. 

"Huh...? you are healed?" Zeus widened his eyes while looking at the uncovered part of Regal's neck. a blue aura started to seep out of Regal's whole body and his demeanor changed to a serious one.

"What? you can't?" Regal sarcastically said making Zeus narrow his eyes and scowl. 

"Cocky bastard... you really think that little healing will help you?" Zeus cursed as he looked at the blue aura. 

Regal smirked as he remembered his heart being torn out and destroyed yet he still surviving, of course, Zeus wouldn't know that, "Who knows, maybe it will help just a little bit," he playfully said making Zeus have a hunch that this was so simple as he might have thought 

Zeus lunged forward and

Divine Axe

Regal grinned and he copped down with both his hands, making Zeus widen his eyes in horror as the blue aura around Regal condensed into Regal arms and feet. 

BAAMM!!!

Zeus was slammed down, his face plastered into the floor. Zeus's right leg that carried out the Divine axe was smashed to the ground in a twisted and mangled form, it was broken. 

"Come on now, it has only been 50 seconds since the match started! will you lay on the floor for the remaining 9 minutes and 10 seconds~?" Regal toned and sat down right in front of Zeus. 

"I ain't done yet... brat you are getting too cocky... and I am putting you in place..." Zeus got up his muscles emitting steam. Zeus lifted his mangled right leg and using his hand he straightened it. then his whole body began to violently tremble and his muscles started to shrink into him. 

Regal grinned widely, "I was waiting for that..." He muttered as he watched Zeus change, his blue aura turned purple and burst like a volcano followed by the tattoos on his body growing larger and more brighter covering his whole upper chest in purple.

"What is he doing?! If Zeus transforms into his final form then it will be over!!!" Goll screamed in fear as she watched Zeus transform. "Wait!!!! Regal is also transforming!!!" 

"NO~! He isn't" Azu shot down Goll's last word fast while grinning. "He is going to get a bit more serious~!" 

"Ah?" Goll looked at Azu with confusion, "What do you mean!? He is getting a bit more serious? Has he been playing around the whole time!!! There is no way, right?!" Goll exclaimed making Azu roll her eyes. 

"He has barely even tapped into his real powers..." Scathach answered making all to look at her, "He hasn't used a bit of mana... and he is fighting Zeus with bare hands..." 

"Ugh... I fucking just realized it... but how is he so strong now? Didn't he just have a fight with Beelzebub right before the match?" Buddha couldn't help but ask making the three Valkyrie eyes widen in shock. 

"He leveled up to 6 after that fight, and dont forget that Ophis is acting as his armor," Ruphas answered making Buddha confused, "As for why I know this, I was watching the beat down Regal unnecessarily gave Beelzebub," She stated making Buddha more confused. 

"Wait what? How? damn, I missed it!" Buddha ruffled his hair while looking at the arena where both Zeus and Regal were done with their transformation. "What about the armor?"

"Hmm, that armor divides and delays damage~!" Azu happily explained as a hologram of Ophis formed in her hands which turned into the skin-tight armor Rehga was wearing. "Regal only takes 1% of the damage and the 99% is absorbed by Ophis which then is divided into 99 different hits, and then those 99 hits impact Regal's whole body every second till it runs out. Of course, this is a double edge as there can only be 99 divisions so if Zeus hits Regal 100 times then every second Regal is getting impacted 1 punch of Zeus with no defense. If Regal is hit 86 times then this match is over." She explained making Buddha's jaw drow while the Valkyrie frowned. 

"This... it not just that is it...?" Scathach solemnly asked making Azu pause for a moment. "The impact is felt throughout his whole body, making his regeneration work in overdrive... am I correct?" Azu nodded at Scathach's conclusion making a heavy tension fall. 

"That means... he is just...playing with his prey" Buddha concluded while facepalming. "And the prey is someone that is on a whole another level of experience and power." He added that his attention turned to the arena where the battle had recommenced.

"ZEUS HAS TAKEN HIS FINAL FORMA AND IT LOOKS LIKE REGAL ALSO DID THE SAME!!!" Heimdall exclaimed in shock as he looked at Regal whose whole body was emitting a purple glow. "THINGS ARE GETTING HEATED NOW!! NEITHER SIDE IS HOLDING BACK ANYMORE!!!" 

Regal slowly got up, took a deep breath, and then unleashed his magic pressure that burst out, engulfing the whole arena in an intense purple and black hue.
