4 Three Years

Another Chapter today. Enjoy.
This Chapter is a summary of what Xavier is doing in these three years, could be boring.

Xavier: {"I have decided to train Observation Haki in the beginning as it will help me in my escape a lot more than I can think of. I don't know whether someone will raid this place or not, I don't know who these people are exactly either as they are very secretive about it."}
Xavier: {"I need to figure out who they are and why they are doing this. I need to know who orchestrated this as well. I can do my investigation upon this only if my Observation Haki reaches Basic Level which still has not even awakened."}
Xavier: {"The only way I can think of training both my Haki's is the torture room (it's actually a Training Room for him that he does not know, the Doc's will also record how it progress as well). I need to subtle about my training as well, so these people won't know that I am training which is difficult. I also don't know whether they monitor me similar to how they do in the lab, if they do I don't know how I am going to train without them realizing it."}
Xavier: {"I need my eyes to be closed for Observation Haki, which won't be possible if they monitor me. If that doesn't work then I will have to create skill through my Devil fruit that increases my senses as an alternative for Observation Haki. I have Dragon Strength of an Infant Dragon, Infant Dragons will have good endurance, this is one of the advantages of any type of Zoan, they provide better recovery and defense."}
Xavier: {"Though I decided not to use my Devil Fruit powers, In worst case scenario I would have to focus on it. I have to look around the torture room properly to check whether there are any hidden cameras which is monitoring me or not, since I know there is no glass wall similar to Lab room."}
In the first year, he started to record every single detail in his mind before he started his training. He figured out that there are hidden cameras in the Torture Room, which was actually a training Room for him.
The experiments became more worse than the previous times, though he created a skill called Pain Tolerance along the way and for some reason instead of having info like low or mid, it showed me a Level of 8.
He also created two new skills using his Devil fruit.

Can transform any part of body to that of Infant Dragon.

Can create a grid of 4m in radius of all the things in mind, it can consist of Non-living and Living objects.
Will be able to hear within the range.

With his much better thinking capabilities he also can easily say that Partial Transformation will be reset back to Basic if he changes from an Infant Dragon to the next Type of Dragon.
In the second year, he started to train his Armament Haki, it was difficult to grasp at first as his body endurance started increasing, he could not figure out if it was due to Armament Haki or his Dragon Strength.
His Dragon Strength also got to Intermediate. He also created another skill Strength Manipulation for his Devil Fruit in the 7th month of his second year, which in turn allowed him to train Armament Haki properly.
It took him close to another 2 months to reach the Basic Level of Armament Haki. And in the next two months he increased it to mid-level, his Dragon Sense also improved in radius in the second year to reach 50m.
In the last month of the second year was when he figured out who was the party responsible for his situation – The Marines.
The problem was even the Marines didn't know this was happening as only one Doctor the Head Doctor was part of the marines, the rest are his underlings. The Cell Guard are also Marines as they change every 4 months, he still remembers when he eavesdropped on a conversation between two Cell Guards outside using his Dragon Sense in his cell talking about what would happen if this was reported to the Marine Headquarters.
He also remembers that he was supposed to know what timeline he is in and he does remember what ROB said that he will know, so the only way he will be able to figure out is if he escapes from here or some random Cell Guards talk about matters happening in the world.
In third year, with the help of Dragon Sense, he decided to train on his Observation Haki. After the lab experiment and "Training", once he is back in the cell, he started to focus on his Dragon Sense.
Once he did, he stopped using Dragon Sense, he tried to do the same by using Haki. Since Armament Haki uses spiritual energy to coat himself, this time instead of doing that he stared to send out the spiritual Energy to create a grid similar to that of Dragon Sense.
He failed a lot in this process, only after a month was he able to do it. The range was only of 2m in radius. Now he can not only hear but also sense emotions of the Cell guards though in a very vague manner.
He started to train in this manner for the next 5 months.
Also in the 2 years, he did not stop noting down each and every miniscule details. With this he began a plan his escape.
Through his Dragon sense, he was also able to know that this whole structure was around 1000 meter in radius, how you ask, well he did not go only to the three rooms, he was taken to many other Facilities that were present in this place.
From the start of 7th month, he started to formulate a plan for escape.
He started to create escape plans and also contingency plans if the escape plan fails.

Transform into a Dragon and have the strength of an Adult level Dragon.
Caution: Never use this till you reach a certain level (Low-Level Yonko and Conqueror's Haki - Advanced) or you will give into your Dragon Instinct and lose all rationality.
[Pain Tolerance - Level 18] (Can be Increased)
Increases Pain tolerance of 9%.
[Partial Transformation - basic] (Can be Increased)
Can transform any part of body to that of Infant Dragon.
