268 Chapter 268: Goodbye

The next morning, it was Bai Yi Ling who first woke up and then Bai Yi Yang also woke up when she noticed her going out of the bedroom.

"Xiao Ling, what do you want for breakfast?" Bai Yi Yang ask as she tied her hair into a messy bun. Honestly, she is still a bit sleepy since she went to sleep late last night. Now is only 6.30 am, still early.

"Jie, I will just eat some mushrooms soup from last night." Bai Yi Ling said.

"Alright. Then I will make some garlic toast for you and gege." Bai Yi Yang nod and walk out of the room. She went straight to the kitchen and spread some butter and garlic before toasting them into the oven.

Bai Yi Yang then heat up the mushrooms soup and serve the garlic butter toast to the table before she went to knock on Bai Yi Chen's room.

"Ge, ge." Bai Yi Yang call.

"En?" Bai Yi Chen seems to have wash his face too.

"The breakfast is in the kitchen. Eat with Xiao Ling first. I am still sleepy, wake me up by 8 o'clock." Bai Yi Yang said and Bai Yi Chen nod.

Afterwards, Bai Yi Yang went to sleep again with Bai Yi Fang. Bai Yi Yang only woke up at 8.15 am when she heard some noise outside. Bai Yi Yang stretch and tie up her hair before she went to wash her face.

When she look outside the yard, Ruby An and Wang Yi Lin is already awake too. Ruby An is in a daze while watching the children jump on the trampoline and Wang Yi Lin is with the puppies. Bai Yi Yang let them be and went to the bathroom first. Only after she freshen up did she go to the kitchen again.

"Yi Yang.." Ruby An slumped onto the dinner table.

"Sorry, I woke up late too. What do you want to eat for breakfast?" Bai Yi Yang ask.

"Warm food. Anything." Ruby An answer and continue to daze around. She is like TongTong on the counter now. Bai Yi Yang smile and proceed to take out stuff from the fridge.

They ate too much western food last night so this morning, they should eat their staple food. She took out some frozen wonton to make wonton soup, then pick a few types of dim sums to be steamed and lastly some vegetables steamed buns.

Bai Yi Yang didn't even take 30 minutes to do all that and call everyone to eat. Bai Yi Chen joined them again to have breakfast too.

"Where is Xiao Ling?" Wang Yi Lin ask when she didn't see Xiao Ling since she woke up.

"She have a tuition class every Saturday morning. Today is her last day there, she is going to stop attending." Bai Yi Yang said. Wang Yi Lin nod and didn't ask further.

They had their breakfast in peace and quiet. What more, they don't have time to speak because the breakfast is very delicious.

"Where did you get your dim sums supplies?" Ruby An ask Bai Yi Yang.

"We make it ourselves. That's right, we still have some in the fridge, bring home some when you go back." Bai Yi Yang said.

"Eh? How can we take your food. Keep it for you and your siblings." Ruby An said.

"We made a lot in advance but we won't be home for 2 weeks. Just bring them home bah." Bai Yi Yang said and Ruby An didn't reject again. She know that Bai Yi Yang and her siblings is going for a long vacation.

"Then I wouldn't reject it." Ruby An grinned happily. Such delicious food, she is crazy if she reject them.

"Thanks." Wang Yi Lin smile too.

Bai Yi Chen left to the orchard right after breakfast so Bai Yi Yang stay at home with the girls. As for Bai Yi Mo and Bai Yi Fang, they have gone to the village to play. Now, they are just waiting for Wang Yi Lin and Ruby An parents to pick them up.

"Ah, I love it so much here." Ruby An said when her father called that he is on his way.

"Come again next time. Yi Lin jie too. It's usually only us, it's good to have more companion." Bai Yi Yang said.

"I wanted to record your words so that I can really come anytime like my own house." Ruby An said and then giggle. Bai Yi Yang smile and encourage her to come anytime in the future.

"Aren't you afraid that your mom will beat you up?" Wang Yi Lin tease.

"Oh, that's right." Ruby An said and they all laugh.

As they waited, Mr.Feng stop by to meet Bai Yi Yang. This is regarding the dried mushrooms supplies for this month. Since Bai Yi Yang won't be home for 2 weeks, it may be a bit hard to meet this month's supply.

"I have talked with your boss. You can pick them up on Tuesday next week from Mr.Zhou. The supplies isn't that much but it is sufficient to meet this month's quota. As a compensation, we will provide more than the usual amount next month." Bai Yi Yang said.

"My boss has informed me and I just want to confirm them again." Mr.Feng said with a smile.

"Yes. Anything, you can just discuss it with Mr.Zhou or if there is anything urgent, I will discuss it with your boss." Bai Yi Yang smile back. Second Zhou will be in charge when they are not at home. She already told Second Zhou to contact her if there is anything that he can't handle by himself.

Like that, the two bid farewell and Mr.Feng wish Bai Yi Yang and Bai Yi Chen happy holiday before he left with the other staff.

"Is he the manager?" Ruby An ask when Bai Yi Yang returned.

"En, from Natural Grocery." Bai Yi Yang answer and the two nod at the same time.

"Yang Yang, I pick some fruits. Let them bring some back." Bai Yi Chen said.

"Oh my!" Ruby An look excited and said thanks loudly to Bai Yi Chen. Bai Yi Chen nod and smile back.

"En, I will pack them up." Bai Yi Yang said.

Bai Yi Yang enter the kitchen followed by Ruby An and they clean the fruits the trim the leaves and small branches. Bai Yi Yang placed them in two new box, one for each of them and the boxes contain all kind of fruits. As for the frozen dim sums, they are still in the fridge.

"Yi Yang, my mother is on the way too." Wang Yi Lin came from the main house not long after and said this.

They didn't even wait for 30 minutes before Ruby An's father arrived. Today, he is using a car. Ruby An is busily placing the things into the back seat as the twins and Wang Yi Lin exchange talk with Ruby An's father.

"All done?" Ruby's father ask.

"Done, dad." Ruby nod.

"Then let's go home now. Yi Yang, Yi Chen, we will leave first. Yi Lin, you take care on the road too, an congratulations for graduating." Ruby's father said with amiable smile. He is quite good at talking too, Ruby seems to take after her father.

"Yes uncle, be careful on the road." The three answer.

"Bye, happy holiday." Ruby An hug Bai Yi Yang and Wang Yi Lin before running to the passenger seat. She wave happily at them once the car start moving.

"See, she is really talkative." Bai Yi Yang laugh when they saw that Ruby An is already talking non stop with her father in the car.

"Her energy is bottomless." Wang Yi Lin sigh and laugh too. Honestly, she was quite sad but there is nothing can be done. She graduated and need to move on from high school. Knowing precious people like Bai Yi Yang and Ruby An during her last year in high school, she can be considered very lucky.

As they wait for Wang Yi Lin's mother, the three of them sat on a short wooden stool and chat about random things.

"My mom is here." Wang Yi Lin stood up when she saw her mother's car.

"En, keep in touch jie. What I said before is serious, you can come anytime. I will cook delicious food for you." Bai Yi Yang smile and they hug each other.

Once the car stop, Wang Yi Lin's mother roll the window and the twins greet her politely. Wang Yi Lin also place the stuff at the back seat one by one.

"I am leaving." Wang Yi Lin hold Bai Yi Yang's hand and feel a bit reluctant to leave, her eyes a bit red. They will be walking a different road after this, it won't be easy to meet. They won't be able to sat and eat lunch like before, don't know when they can have time to gather.

"En. Jie, you can always call me if there is anything. We can gather around too, with Jian Yu ge." Bai Yi Yang smile and hold Wang Yi Lin's hand back. She also feels a bit emotional. Wang Yi Lin is like an older sister and friend at the same time, they got so close for a few months. It's a lie if she is not sad.

They can't let Wang Yi Lin's mother wait for too long so Wang Yi Lin enter the car after a few more words. Bai Yi Yang wave back when Wang Yi Lin roll down the window. Bai Yi Chen is just smiling next to her politely.

"Are you sad?" Bai Yi Chen pat Bai Yi Yang head.

"En. I feel quite attached to Yi Lin jie." Bai Yi Yang said, her nose has turn a bit sour.

"You can always meet each other in the future. She is right, we love to travel around, we can meet her outside." Bai Yi Chen said and unconsciously sigh.

"I know." Bai Yi Yang look at her twin and nod.

"How about you ge, did you properly said goodbye?" Bai Yi Yang ask. Yesterday, she saw Bai Yi Chen talk privately with D.D. She is not sure if he confessed or not.

"We did say goodbye properly. We decided to remain friends. I think she likes me too but the time is not right yet." Bai Yi Chen said with melancholy. When he talked with D.D yesterday, the two of them was silent for a long time before D.D decided to talk first. She said, she is weak and not capable yet, she wanted to improve and love herself first before start loving other. She told him that they should become friends for 2 years then she will confidently confess to him if he is still single at that time.

Bai Yi Chen was stunned when she said this with straightforward manner. D.D meaning is clear, she likes him but she think she need time to have the confidence to like him. So, as long as he can wait for her for 2 years, they will date each other. He look at her and nod like a silly child. Then they say goodbye to each other. Of course, Bai Yi Chen still chat her once he returned and D.D also reply back. How to say it, their relationship only have the title missing. They actually act like a couple.

"It's a good start. This is indeed not the best time. If the two of you is meant together, the time will come. Don't be too sad ge." Bai Yi Yang pat Bai Yi Chen's back now. She thought that her twin is rejected. Bai Yi Yang didn't know that Bai Yi Chen has devoted himself for 2 years in an unclear relationship with D.D.

The twins return inside and they just lazy around matching in video games. If not because they need to eat lunch and Bai Yi Chen need to fetch Bai Yi Ling back, they would have play until the evening. Anyway, they can just play again later after lunch. This is holiday time, they should play to their heart content.
