He was panicking about Yin Rirri's move to close the gap between them.

In the end, Yang Yueshen moved so much that he ended up kissing Yin Rirri, which shocked them.

"I-- I didn't mean it." Yang Yueshen got petrified with himself.

"Are you shy, husband?" Yin Rirri chuckled as she continued to serve some of the dishes in her husband's bowl.

Yang Yueshen's head now reassembled a tomato, cute and feverish.

"Let's eat, husband. There will be more of that soon." Yin Rirri teased more which made Yang Yueshen afraid of looking back at her.

Looking at Yang Yueshen like this, Yin Rirri never thought that the mighty general could become so cute after waking up. She did a thorough background check on him before changing their identities. At first, she planned to eradicate the person if he had done something wrong during his lifetime. But Yin Rirri saw that her nominal husband had a spotless record.

He lived a life envied by everyone.

He was very talented, having an S3 constitution both physically and mentally.

He graduated with flying colors from Imperial Capital University of Interstellar Science and Technology.

He was very interested in business, so he owned many successful companies after graduating.

He got admitted to the military even before graduating and earned the general rank when he was 25.

He did not abuse his power nor harass anyone.

And Yang Yueshen respected everyone around him.

There were also zero relationship flings with other women. Neither did he approach them or leave unusual signs of liking someone. Some people treated him as a cold-hearted man, unattainable by a mortal's hand.

Yin Rirri felt delighted that she could learn so much about him and even became happier when the mortals couldn't reach him. She is not a human entity, and only those with inhuman achievements could get to the trespass of her mate selection. Otherwise, she wouldn't be interested no matter how the person pursues her.

Yang Yueshen was slow, but his movements were very stable. He carefully drank some soup and ate some vegetables. He also picked foods he had only seen in ancient books and some that did not exist. His eyes sparkled with excitement, and his lips trembled with every taste. Every food served before him contained meat, but they were not even harmful to the body.

"Why are you so silent?"

"I did, and I can do so much more."

"Really? That's great! It's good to eat ancient craftsmanship and cherish them like no other. I mean, I feel delighted and honored tasting these delicacies which were no longer available in today's time."

"Don't worry, and you'll get to taste this from now and then. I also plan to open a few restaurants and grocery stores to support us. From the food statistics of the Imperial Capital, I've seen a downtrend in supply and a high trend in demand. The citizens need food the most, and some places are experiencing food shortages due to the growing population. These problems will enable us to strive in business now that you're no longer the rich general of the past."

"You want to contribute to the economy?"
