After returning to Room 302, Lin Yi found herself not yet sleepy, so she transferred the contents of the card into her personal terminal. The data consisted partly of past entrance exam questions and partly of the content from this year's supplementary classes at the Source Academy, along with detailed explanations from the teachers, all carefully marked with key points. It was evident that Old Du had some ability, as these materials were not something just anyone could obtain. Outside coaching classes often provided subpar materials, either incomplete or disorganized, with many answers missing. Following such subpar materials would likely lead to skewed learning, resulting in a large number of failures during the actual exam.

The entrance exam at the Source Academy consisted of two parts: a written exam and practical skills assessment. Cao Dong was the supervisor on the first floor of the Starry Sky, and he had some connection with Old Du. It was through Cao Dong's relationship that Old Du arranged for Lin Yi to work here as a bartender.

Old Du shook his head, not answering Lin Yi's question. "Let me go ask first, is he in his office?"

He didn't even know whether Lin Yi was male or female. Today, when Old Du suddenly came to him and mentioned Lin Yi, he couldn't recall who she was for a moment, but that didn't matter. What mattered was that someone had tried to kidnap Lin Yi using the same method as before, but Lin Yi had escaped. For him, this might be the only breakthrough in the current situation, so after using his connections to learn about it, he had a plan in mind and immediately had someone come over.
When the office door was pushed open, Supervisor Cao initially thought Lin Yi was a young boy. It wasn't until Lin Yi approached that he realized she was a girl.
"So, you're Lin Yi," Supervisor Cao observed Lin Yi while speaking. "I heard about what happened to you the night before last."
Lin Yi first glanced at Old Du, then withdrew her gazeand looked at Supervisor Cao, nodding slightly.
Supervisor Cao, as the supervisor of the first floor of Starry Sky, oversaw a myriad of matters, although Lin Yi wasn't clear about the extent of his responsibilities. In her eyes, this man, who was said to be in his seventies, maintained a peak state resembling someone in their thirties, both in physique and appearance.
His life source pattern was bright in Lin Yi's eyes, indicating he was an outstanding super-genetic carrier.
Lin Yi's demeanor surprised Supervisor Cao slightly. However, the fact that this girl was a genetic patient, had it not been for her records, Supervisor Cao might have mistaken her for a super-genetic carrier.
