Introduction!

Sirius stared at the names of the new members and contemplated.

'I wonder who they are, the GC did relay me the infornation that they could be fictional characters in my current world. Queen, Poison Lord, and Sword Saint. I could think of some characters with those monikers but I'm not sure...Well it's better to ask them directly, I also need to change my name.'

Sirius: Hello...everyone, I think we should officially introduce ourselves. I'll go first, I'm Sirius, your average 2nd year high school student which was dragged in as the admin of this group.

Queen: First, can you tell me how to change my name?

Sirius: Ah, just tap the icon on the upper right corner of the screen and change your name there.

Queen: Thank you~

[Queen has change her name to Kunieda Aoi]

Sword Saint: I guess we should follow then.

[Sword Saint changed his name to Gu Qing Shan]

Kunieda Aoi: Alright, this is more appropriate. What's with the nickname, queen sigh...Anyway, I'm Kunieda Aoi, 2nd year high school student at Ishiyama High School. That's all~

Gu Qing Shan: Confederate citizen, Gu Qing Shan. I just graduated high school, that's all.

An Lin: The name's An Lin, an aspiring sword immortal haha~!

Sirius: Thank you for the introduction. I'm glad to be in the same group as you all.

Sirius was truly glad after reading all the introductions of the other members. After seeing their names, he now knew who they are.

He was an avid fan of animes, novels, manga and stuff, so he knew who these people are.

'With these group, I think we would be fine in doing quests in other worlds. One is a strong swords woman, another is a cultivator who cheats his way up the realms. And the last one being a former sword saint expert who travelled back in time with a system. This line up pretty powerful, I'm the only one who is normal here...sigh.' He released a depressed sigh at the end after realizing his weakness.

But then he remembered the shop function was now opened and he got 1000 DC after he finished 10 basic quests.

"GC, open shop!"

[Understood! Opening shop...]

Sirius looked in front and saw a new panel with a sigh above which says 'Shop'. There were some various section dividing the shop. These are the Weapons, Skills and Abilities, Techniques, and Miscellaneous.

"I don't need weapons so that's a no. Skills and Abilities should be somewhat useful for me. Alright, GC open skills and abilities."

[Understood!]

After the section, Sirius grimaced as the prices there was over his budget of 1000 DC. He sighed and decided to see the Techniques section. This section consists of things like martial arts manual, there's even some cultivation manuals, immortal techniques, etc.

But those things were too expensive for Sirius. But there was one technique manual that got his attention. It was, [Demon Slayer Breathing Techniques]

He opened it and saw the different breathibg styles of Demon Slayers. Their prices are affordable for him too. They only cost about 500 DC per Breathing Technique with the Sun and Moon Breathing Technique being 1000 DC.

"GC, if I practice one of these breathing techniques, would it improve my strength? I know it was that case based on the manga and animes but does that apply to me too?"

[Admin should not worry, if you train in one them then your physique will improve greatly like those demon slayers. Though please note that admin will need to train extra hard to master this technique.]

Sirius agreed to the GC and made his decision. "Alright, buy the Sun Breathing Technique for me."

[Understood! Buying Sun Breathing Technique! Buying complete...1000 DC is deducted.]

Soo after, the whole breathing technique was ingrained to his mind. All the forms in it and the breathing patterns he needed to master.

"Fuuuhhh...I should train for a bit to familiarize myself in this technique." Sirius muttered but noticed that the other members are still chatting. He smiled and started his training, after all, unlike the other members who got their own strength, he was just an average youth before this.

That night, Sirius did the breathing patterns mentioned in the breathing technique. He did so for few hours before stopping and chatting with the other members and finally sleeping.

Few days later~

Quite some time has passed and not much really happened in the GC. There was no quests assigned for the whole group other than some personal basic quests like the ones, Surius did to level up the GC.

Sirius is probably the only one, seriously doing those quest though since the other members are mostly busy with their own things and only at night were they were active.

As few days passed already, the members got to know more about each other. Which leads to another thing they found out. It was that, time between their worlds or realities greatly varies.

For example, a day in Sirius' world could be a few days or even a week in the others' world. On another hand, Sirius also progressed in his training with his breathing technique, though not fast but it's steady.

Another thing was that, Sirius duscovered that they could exchange some things with each other but with restrictions.

A certain day after the GC officially launced wwith some members joining in~

"Wait...?! I could send some stuff through the chat?" Sirius exclaimed while staring at the option which says 'Send Gift' in one of the options of the GC. He accidentally found this out while fiddling around and was surprised as this didn't come with the initial information he got.

[Yes admin, the 'send gift' is a sub-funtion of the chat function which aims for the members to somewhat help each other. This sub-function do come with some restructions due the current level of the GC. This is also why there is the 'exchange' part in the GC's name. Currently, one can only send in some basic stuff or knowledge. For example, if admin wanted, you could send a copy of the sun breathing technique to the chat.]

"Whoa...!" A glint of excitement flash in Sirius's eyes. Though it did disappear quickly as he thought more on the matter.

'So basically, we need to level up the GC more to send gifts to each other. So while we could certainly help each other through this function, we are still being limited because of the restriction. In the end, it all comes down into leveling the GC.' He smiled wryly before deciding to send a copy of the breathing technique he got.

While it may not help much for the two cultivators, perhaps it could help Kunieda Aoi is his thought.

An Lin: So that means, we could potentially help each other through this function alone.

Sirius: An Lin is correct but the GC said there are restrictions to it as the GC is low level currently. Only basic things, techniques, etc can be sent currently. Right @Kunieda Aoi, this technique should be of help to you. Though for the other two, I'm not sure since they are cultivators.

Kunieda Aoi: I understand @Sirius, thank you for the advice, I'll download it now.

An Lin: I downloaded the breathing technique and it's effects are actually quite good. I've tried it and noticed that the flow of my spiritual energy seems to be smoother. I think if I mastered this technique, it may greatly help me in the future.

Back to the present, Sirius was currently at the park sitting under one of the small sheds built here. The lamps are already lit up, brightening the pathways of the park.

While Sirius was alone under the shed, people scattered around the park. Ranging from families hanging out, with couples making out or relaxing on the grass field.

But all of this doesn't matter to Sirius as he stared in front of him. It displayed the usual holographic screen of the GC.

[Quest Announcement! First Group Quest!]

[Quest: Register as an adventurer at the town of Axel and defeat one of the generals under the demon king!]

[Participants: All Members (Mandatory)]

[Rewards: 2000 DC and a new member]

[Restriction: All types of energy will be locked during the quest i.e, cultivation. And advanced technology is not allowed, participants can only bring one weapon with them. Participants could store their items in the inventory.]

[Note: The time in the participant's world will be stopped during the duration of the quest!]

[Countdown: 1 day]

"So it finally arrived, we will soon do a quest together. But Axel town and adventurers, this should be set in a fantasy world. And since there's still a day before the quest starts, I should research if I can find information regarding those two clues. Maybe there's an anime or light novel for it, who knows."

Sirius then stood up and walked away from the park to go home. It took just a few minutes of walk before he arrived at his home.

He quuckly entered and went directly to his room. There, he used his old pc and searched for information using the two key words, Axel and demon general.

It only took a few moments and he already got results.

"Konosuba? I haven't watched this yet. Let's see how dangerous is this world then..." He muttered then directly went onto watching the anime.

"Pfffft~ Hahaha, he died by shock after mistaking a tractor for a truck? What a hilarious way to die hahaha. I know I shouldn't laughed at someones death especially now that I will probably meet him but...pfff hahaha, I can't...."

Sirius laughed as he watched the first episode where Kazuma died and met Aqua who explained how he died.

"Haaa, I should continue..." After his intial laughter, Sirius continued watching and occationally laughed due to the comedic scenes.

Sirius watched the whole season 1 and 2 of Konosuba with some break occasinally and chatting with the other members.

"Finally, I'm done watching. I already got a

good grasp of the world of Konosuba. It should be a relatively easy world. We just need to be careful and level up before confronting one of the demon generals under the demon king." Sirius muttered then he looked at the countdown for the quest and saw they only have few hours to prepare. He then decided to open the GC.

Kunieda Aoi: What do guys think about this situation for this quest?

An Lin: Sigh...It said our cultivation will be locked but I think we will be fine. Although we can't use spiritual energy, our body should be strong enough to compensate.

Gu Qing Shan: An Lin is right, cultivators' body are stronger than normal humans. So we should be fine but we still need to be careful. It did saud that one of our targets is a demon general, and from my experience fighting demons, they should be strong.

Sirius: Yes, we should be careful. And based on the description of the quest, it should be a western fantasy type of world.

Those remaining few hours passed by as Sirius chatted with the other members. And after the countdown ended, a bright flash of light covered him and he soon disappeared from his room.
