Planning Next Step

She is a masterpiece I thought as I looked at Olivia. She was sitting in front of me on a couch looking at me with loving eyes. She had completely changed just as I wanted her to be a - Loyal Puppy not only that she even exceeded my expectations.

But before anything else, I want to confirm some of my doubts about her. I want to know if she is ready to do the dirty work as well. I looked into her eyes and asked in a serious voice "Do you know, What I want" faced by my serious question. She completely changed her demeanor. If before she looked like a naïve girl, Now She is looking like a mature girl with a serious expression. She shook her head.

"I want to create an army, powerful enough to destroy most of this world. I will destroy most of this world" I declared my plan to her. This was my first time concluding my plan. Yes, that is what I must do to meet my family, even if I have to kill people. I will do it. They are just like an alien species to me. It is a dark thought but I have to face it.

When I looked at her expression expecting a disgusted expression. Even a cruel person will not think about destroying most of the world. Even sometimes I felt disgusted with myself as I thought about my plan and what I will do in the future, but her expression did not change ever a bit, I waited for her response when she understand what I am waiting for, she stands up, our face are on a same level now, our eyes met then she said in a gentle voice "Let's destroy this world together" her word and voice did not match a bit. She said something so cruel like it was nothing for her but then I understood that I had a remorseful expression. I was feeling guilty about the life I will take. I did that unknowingly but she understood the feeling behind my expression and said this like it is not a big deal.

I continued as I told her that I need her help to accomplish this which she happily agreed. She smiles like a little girl who gets the attention of her parents. I don't really understand her. We are talking about the destruction of this world. It is not a small matter but she acts like this is a small deal for her.

'Now that I confirmed my doubts, let's start to train her. If I have to make good use of her. I must let her understand her ability thoroughly' I thought as I asked Olivia to sit in front of me which she happily complied with.

"Do you know what your ability is?" I asked her in a serious voice with a serious face which made her change her demeanor to a serious one.

She nodded which make me pause for a movement as I thought 'How can she suffer so much ever after knowing her power'

I asked her trying to find out why she hides her ability. She replied "I always have an idea about my ability but I always denied to accept, that despite having a powerful ability I let my family suffer" she accepted her guilt with a straight and sad face. She is even confident enough to accept her guilt.

Maybe something bad had happened to her family, I thought while looking at her sad expression.

"Don't worry we will take revenge on them", I reassured her as I looked into her eyes. It's not like I will use her for only my gain. I am not a bad person. When she heard what I just said she smiled like a little girl. Her innocent expression starts to make me feel guilty. I am controlling and using her even without her knowing.

"Well, Let me explain to you more about your ability," I said as I already planned to provide her with all the details that The Black Legion gathered while doing research on her in the novel. It will save her time. I started to tell her all the properties of her ability, and the results of many experiments that they summarised on the report.

...

"This took more time than I had expected," I thought to myself as I looked at the rising sun through the window. Olivia sat on the couch, her face sleepy, but she said nothing. I too needed some sleep, but before that, I asked Olivia, "Do you understand everything?" To which Olivia nodded excitedly and smiled.

"Good. Now it's time for some practical work," I said as I looked at the door of the room. Walking toward the door, I opened it to find a maid standing right next to it. I ordered her to send Atlas and Aureus to my room, to which she nodded and hurriedly left.

Closing the door, I asked Olivia to come closer to me. I told her to control and make them her slaves. Atlas and Aureus were not good enough to be soldiers of my army, but they would be good for rat lab experiments. I told her what she had to do, expecting her to be nervous, but she remained confident. She just nodded her head as if she had already done this countless times.

...

"Knock.. Knock.." "Come in," I said as I heard the knock. When the door opened, two figures entered the room - Atlas and Aureus - interchanging looks between me and Olivia. 'They must be surprised to see how beautiful Olivia is,' I thought as I looked at their expressions, but their response was unexpected. Atlas stepped forward and said, "I hope you enjoy the night, Third Lord," which made me pause and process what he just said. 'I am only six years old, you idiot,' I thought to myself as I said, "Shut up. Both of you come here and stand in front of her," while pointing my finger towards Olivia.

They did what I ordered them to do. I looked at Olivia and nodded my head, giving her my permission to do her job. As I nodded my head, Olivia looked at them, rise her chin, lift her right hand point a finger toward them and said elegantly, "Kneel". Her actions was so natural and confident that its looks like a queen wants her servants to kneel in front of her.

When Olivia said that, nothing happened. They both had confused expressions, interchanging looks between me and Olivia, but they still did not move an inch. I looked at Olivia, who had a somewhat sad expression while looking at me, as if she expected me to scold her. She must have felt bad as she failed in front of her lover. I thought to myself as I nodded my head with a warm smile. I knew she would not be able to control her ability in a day, and it would take at least five days to do so.

I looked at Atlas and Aureus, giving them a dead stare while I told them not to move an inch until Olivia told them to do so. I turned around and left the room, giving Olivia a warm smile as I did so, but she had a sadden expression as I was leaving her.

...

I have to work on my next plan now that Olivia is under my control. I have to find a way to protect her from any danger she faces as she is like a rope that connects me and my army. I want someone to protect her. Shadow guards are not enough to fulfill that role.

I was seated at the study table in the second most luxurious room of the palace. I took a notebook and pen from my small bag. It's my habit to write every time I brainstorm.

I started to search for all the characters that can help me to protect Olivia from any danger, but it's not going to be an easy task because I am looking for someone who has an ability equivalent to the supreme being of this world. Supreme beings are the entities that are considered the strongest in this world.

As I was searching in my mind to find someone from a novel, I paused at a certain scene from a novel where our MC was trained by an unknown powerful person to make a breakthrough in his ability. That person is perfect for the role as she is considered one of the most powerful entities in this world. She is also one of the most pitiful characters. She is an immortal, and her ability is to be a mana, an energy that humans use. Her ability can cause destruction in this world, so to save this world and to make the world balanced, Trius locked her inside the forest. Trius created walls surrounding her that will not allow her to leave that place.

That part of the forest is known as the Forbidden Forest by this world as anyone who enters that place will die a miserable death because of the excess mana. She releases mana, a lot of mana which causes others to explode because of excess mana in the environment.

MC in the novel accidentally enters the Forbidden Forest and survives days that give her some hope that he can grant her last wish, so she helps him. But in the end, even our MC is unable to grant her wish. He has to run away from her because she tried to trap him with her. She is a kind of psycho, what can be expected from an immortal who is trapped in the forest for centuries.

Trius is a powerful supreme god; his wall will not be broken easily, but I am different. I can break that wall and even absorb the excess mana she releases, and I most important thing about her is that I don't need to control her because she completely depends on me. I am the only one that can give her what she wants the most, `death`.

This scene of the novel also confirmed that Trius is not the one who gives the ability. He just put restrictions to maintain the balance. This world worships him like he is the creator of this world, but I know him from a novel. He was just doing his job like all of us.

I will make that immortal the guard of Olivia. She will also help me achieve my objective. I stopped writing and marked the `Olivia Protection` checkbox. I created a checklist before brainstorming.

Now I looked at the next checkbox. It's about `recruiting soldiers` in the army. My words are very different from what I am planning to do. I will not recruit them; I will turn them into slaves.

I should write the names of all the powerful ability users who are from the Blackthorn State. I will first gather all the people from my state. Then I will move toward other states and domains I thought as I pick the pen from the table and start to write about my soon-to-be slaves.

When I finished writing about my soldiers, I opened the checklist and marked `recruiting soldiers` before moving on to the final task, `gathering artifacts`. Since I already had knowledge of many artifacts, I decided to utilize this knowledge to provide my army with even more powerful artifacts. I began to write about all the artifacts I could think of that were located in the Blackthorn State.

After completing the last checklist, I closed the notebook and looked out the window. The sun was setting. I had been so engrossed in my planning that I had forgotten I hadn't slept or eaten since yesterday, my body felt weak. However, I was satisfied with my plan. I don't like to take a step forward without a good plan. As I looked at my bed, the sight of its coziness drew me towards it and I buried myself in it. This was the thing I needed the most right now.
