Chapter 50: Epilogue: A Proposal
She didn’t know where he was at, and he wanted to keep it that way.
Liam trudged across the frost-coated streets that snaked throughout the town, slowly making his way to a dimly lit run-down jewelry store that stuck out in a quaint, yet tacky way.
He hesitated outside the store trying to embrace this moment. It’s not that he hadn’t thought about this or that he was regretting it. Liam had thought about this the moment he had gotten to know Autumn, and knew he was going to do it when he awoke in the hospital.
It was planning was all.
Piper had helped and offered her house as the place to have it as well. It would all be perfect, just as Autumn deserved.
Liam knew he wanted to do it before the move and this was the moment. There was no more putting it off out of timidness.
