Chapter Fifty

I can hear him walking outside, talking outside. After I woke up I found myself in bed again. The needles stick inside me. Now I have nothing but feel empty or cry. My fingers continuously wiped the tears that came after another. The cold wind coming inside from the glass door that opens for fresh air makes me worried about him coming inside.

"You're faint during the conversation. You need to eat." Last time when the nurse came with food I refused to eat.

"Give me that." Here he came again. Again the coldness came with him. Now I'm feeling colder. She left and left me alone. When he set the plate aside I dragged myself a little way.

"Now you're scared of me."

"Don't know what's your next move." Without even caring, he pulled me up hard and set the plate in my lap for eating.

"Ouch! The needle hurt me." The marks also hurt me whenever it came into view.

"Aren't you going to defend yourself? After that night I thought I found you again. You think that person is more than you. You know the answer but I want to ask you one thing?" Why am I bringing this topic up now? I want him to feel the way I feel when he asks me a question.

"When will you let me go?" He's looking so hurt in a second after my question.

"Why are you hurt? I'm nothing to you then? Aren't you using me for sex? This is just a contract, remember." His gaze never left mine like he's searching for any emotion in me. Before he said something the nurse and the guards came inside.

"Sir?" Everyone looked shocked after watching the inside scene. The food is everywhere. I'm dirty now.

"Clean her and give her food. Make sure she eats and rests." These are the last words I hear two days before when we're face to face. The morning starts with so much pain and sorrow. He came into the room from time to time to take his things. Whenever he came his eyes never came to me. The nurse always came and went. She takes care of me and the doctor also visits for my inspection. The topic never came after that night.

He might be busy at work but I can feel his desperation toward me. The environment always changes whenever I feel his presence in the room. Laying on the bed with closed eyes I can feel him watching. He never talks to me when he sits near me at night but I want him to talk to me. But if he doesn't want me then why does he come every night?

But today I'm not feeling okay. From morning until now I can feel a different kind of sensation or shiver in my body. Maybe I'm ill. Today he's going to a party. Maybe that's why because after that incident it was the first time I'm alone. The cracking sound of opening the door came into my ears and I closed my eyes. He's here?

"Take care of her. I'm going for two hours. If something happens then call me." He's talking to the nurse.

"Yes, Ronald." Ronald? Now she's talking to him so easily. I know he's wearing his most expensive suit and he's the most handsome man in the world. But please don't go. Without turning I opened my eyes and looked through the glass door. His little reflection came into view. When he's getting ready secretly I open my eyes and drink his beauty. I'm feeling dizzy with fear again. Something is going to happen. But what?

He went with security and the nurse left me alone in the room. Getting up I walk towards the door and sit near it. The cool breeze hit when I opened the door. It's cold outside. Sitting alone my body shivers whenever the wind touches me. The halftime passed just by watching outside. The sky starts turning in black. The night starts covering the whole city.

"Miss Rose I'm so sorry but I need to go somewhere." The nurse came inside in fear.

"What happened?" She started collecting her things.

"My dad is not okay. I need to go.."

"Please go and if..." Before I said something more she was gone.

"You need.." Ten minutes later after I hear nothing from outside my foot takes me outside. No this is not good for a second my brain told me. My heart started pounding hard. Why is it not a normal situation? Walking outside I came into the hall but no one was there. Different type of silence run in the atmosphere. Wait! Where's everyone?

"Th... Theo?" No one was around, just empty. The whole apartment is filled with darkness but it's strange. Ronald never switches off the lights because he knows I'm scared. Slowly I walk forward but stop suddenly. I can see him… I can feel him around me once again.

Whole-body hairs stand in his presence. A scream came from my mouth when I saw him sitting on the couch in the mirror. He's here. He came inside. How? From where?

"Ronald." My body shook with fear and suddenly fell to the floor. The floor I'm feeling now is gone. Heavy tears fell from my scary eyes. He's so powerful even my eyes refuse to look at him.

"You betrayed me bitch." The tap sound of his stick was like an earthquake for me.

"Ronald..." My second scream broke me. No one is here for me. He's going to take me with him. My lips dry from fear and my fingers feel numb when I try to scream or drag my body away. He's coming toward me without looking up. I can feel him watching me. The stick he's always used tapping on the floor makes the voice again from which I fear.

"You think he can save you from me? You let him touch you." The floor where I'm dragging myself feels so cold. My throat started to hurt after I kept calling Ronald.

"Please..don't."

"Why not? You're mine. You never let me touch you but he takes you first. Years ago you stopped me.."

"You're trying to rape me." My mouth shut with pain when the stick came hard on my body. It hurts. The smell of wood, grass, or nature hit me hard when he came in front of me. He's the same. The voice is the same.

"Then today you belong to me, not to him. You gave him yourself completely. You wench, how dare you forget your place? After your pictures with him, I thought about giving you punishment and today is the day when you need to learn.." My screen keeps going when he hits me one after one.
