Introduction

In this world, there are people who are born with access to a higher percentage of their brains potential. Unlike an ordinary human, who uses 10%. An InnerHuman can access anywhere from 30% - 60% of the brain. Because of this, they unlock hidden powers, some of which are based off of the person's persona or drive, some are just random though.

The first InnerHuman was discovered in Tokyo, Japan, 2011. The InnerHuman was a 12 year old male, and accidentally used fire breathing without knowing he could. He was captured by governmental forces as a testing experiment, as this was the first time the world has seen something like it. The poor kid was later revealed to have died. The government claimed that the kid had a heart attack of unknown cause. But no one truly knows what actually happened.

After that it started becoming an actual thing. People around the world started discovering powers inside them. But the world governments wanted to capture them all to harvest the power for Millitary uses. Most InnerHumans hide the fact they are an InnerHuman, and secretly put their powers to use, by helping society. Some however, do not like that, and will use it for selfish uses. They are simply referred to as Heroes and Villains.

Not all Heroes and Villains are InnerHumans though. Although it is more common for InnerHumans to be Heroes and Villains. It can also be mutants and cyborgs and robots.

This story takes place in a fictional city in England, called, Coaston City. During the year 2019.
