CHAPTER 5

Luke and the gang waited for a long time before they saw John approaching them. John smiled and said, "The teacher called me to the office"

Paul nodded and so did the others. John and others got inside the car and Luke was driving the car. John was sitting at the front and Paul was sitting besides his sister. The car drove to the river. John looked at them and asked, "Have you bought the spices and salt?"

Paul said, "We can buy it there."

John said, "What kind of fishes are there?"

Paul said, "Some bigger ones."

Erica said, "There is carp, catfish, Trout."

Paul, "Yeah those are the ones."

Luke asked, "What is your favorite fish?"

John said, "Sharks and whales."

Erica scoffed and said, "There is no need to lie. Whales are forbidden to be hunted."

John said, "What do I get by lying to you?"

Erica said, "Do you have some channels. I like shark meat very much. If you have some channel to get it I can buy a few from you."

John looked at her and said, "I can get you as much as you want as long as you are not caught."

Erica said, "Ever since the shark-god cult came the country has banned eating shark meat. It is hard to eat those. They just want to make us suffer."

Luke said, "They are a formidable force. If it was something like cattle-meat or chicken, we could have bred them in private and let them harvested to make into food. Erica used to eat shark meat ever since she was small."

John said, "It seems you are in a well-off family."

They were silent as they did not know anything about him and his interests. Luke could only ask, "What do you do in your free time."

John thought for some time and said, "Learn a lot and eat a lot. This body cannot handle a lot of food."

Luke said, "What do you do for fun?"

John said, "Everything I do is for fun."

Luke asked, "What do you think is fun?"

John thought for a moment and said, "Eating food is fun and so is learning science. I also read some novels every once in a while."

Luke asked, "What novels do you like?"

John said, "I like fantasy ones with some good ideas of using power. I like the ones with metal type powers."

Luke said, "That is a good thing. I like driving more than reading. I drive every once in an while. One day I will become a professional driver. "

John said, "That is a good idea. You should work hard"

Luke said, "I am working hard. What are your plans?"

John said, "Make enough money to stay alive in the society and learn as much knowledge as possible till death."

Luke asked, "What about getting more money and buying a better house and getting a better car. You could marry some women."

John said, "I have no interest in marrying women in this life. Women will affect many things. I just want to live in my own manner."

Luke said, "That is a good method"

John said, "There are many methods to become stronger. The life is nothing more than becoming stronger and stronger. The stronger we are the higher we go. The higher we go, the weaker we see ourselves as. No matter what, I will not marry a weakling. They are only weights holding you back. I do not mean that your sister is weak, I mean that the whole world had weaklings."

Luke and the others did not talk too much and they reached the lakeside. They had got out and went to the lake side. They went to the vendors at the side and got some hook, lines and bait. They went and sat by the lake. He could see the fishes and were interested in them. He could not understand why the young ones at his side were like the old men of his tribe but he did not care much. Food was the best and the he liked the method to eat. It was better than eating at the road-shops as they always looked at him in wonder at him eating too much.

John used his power to let the fishes be forced to hold onto the hook and kept catching the fishes. He kept fishing them and the speed was too fast. Within 5 minutes the whole bucket was filled with fish and he looked at others. Paul asked in doubt, "How can you catch so many of them?"

John said, "It is easy. Seduce them like a women."

Paul asked, "How to seduce?"

John said, "Show off your muscles. For the fish, give the best food."

John went to the vendor while they kept talking. He saw the best griller and bought it. He went back to the people and let it be opened fired it. He bought the best condiments and kept making the food. It did not take much time for him to become a best chef as he had a lot of research on it. The fishes were roasted properly as the metals that he did not create could also be controlled. The four of them looked at the fish and he gave them the food. He kept eating it in gulps and before they finished eating the single fish given to them, he ate all the fish he had caught.

The four of them looked at him in doubt. Erica looked at him and asked, "Are you really a human? Are you perhaps a hidden martial artist like that of the movies? That would explain why you lack the common sense."

John looked at her and said, "I am stronger than the martial artists and had them under me. But I am not one of them." He looked at Luke and asked, "Are there martial artists in this world?"

Luke kept looking at the fishes and said, "There are strong humans in this world. There are excellent fighters in the world and the highest record of weightlifting is 2500 kg. The normal person may not even take 20 kg and the highly exercising one may take 100 kg. There are strong people in this world. They work alongside the rich to help them. Some work in the army while others go to the dark side of the world. There are some legends about some people who could become strong and break through to the highest limit of the human body. Of course this legend does not include any magical energy or something else. Its pure physical practice to the limit."

John looked at him and asked, "Were you able to see one or are you one?"

Luke said, "I am able to life 250 kg with this thin body and after I completely grow I should be able to life up to 400 kg and if I practice to the limit I should be able to lift 600 kg. Martial arts master should be able to lift 1000 kg and the innate master should be able to break through 2500kg limit. The reason the martial arts are commended is because they have thinner and more perfect bodies, are able to live longer and have more resistance to diseases and vitality and are able to fight extremely easily. They are different from muscle builders."

John asked catching more fish to eat, "Are there someone who is able to lift higher? There should be someone with higher realm, right?"

Paul said, "Some people's bodies are different and can higher power and the highest recorded one is 3600 kg. it is not recorded in the world records. There is a myth about grandmaster realm that is able to life 10,000 kg and walk easily. Science tells that the body cannot break through that limit. It is nothing more than a myth."

Erica said, "Some scientist say it is possible. There may be some change in the bodies of the grandmaster."

John said, "I want to fight some martial artists."

John had learnt a lot of fighting techniques. If he is able to find some methods of cultivation, it could be useful in the next life. He decided to fight them. They should be wanting to exchange for things. 

Luke nodded and said, "I can let my father meet you."

John said, "Sure."
