Purpose

you know that I turn my face up to you.

Those stars in the sky. Towards comets that fly.

Whether awake or when I close my eyes.

You are at the forefront of my mind.

When painful moments try to consume me,

Only you can save me.

If there's a locked door, you're the key.

I remain loyal to you as I'm your devotee.

If I am alive, I must contain some significance.

No creation is lifeless. How else can flowers bloom.

Though, sometimes its blurry to see.

You don't know what all of this means.

But its purpose is defined within me.
