Chapter 1 Part 10

Before he can start wondering what he was seeing or feeling again, he realized that something was not right. He looked at the forest and he saw the white cat he met a day before. The white cat he saw the day before looked as if it was having a panic attack, with its eyes wide open then ever, its heart beating tremendously fast, and its hair standing up with all of it being a spike. The boy ran toward the cat, as it led him back to where he was earlier in the forest…

The white cat took the boy back to the bench he was at, and then he saw it go into a bush near the bench. The boy then walked to the bench, but as he tried to sit down, he looked towards the sky, and then saw an unimaginable view. This made him realize why the cat had such a panicked look on its face. This shocked the boy as he completely fazed out as he began registering the noises of everyone in the city panicking. He could hear the echoes from the extremely distant parts of the cities unreachable by normal distance reaching all the way to the park he was at. He kept an eye on the sky and the horizon as he quickly went to the bush that the cat went into. As he hesitantly went into the bushes as he hates bugs, he saw the cat, but then saw multiple other figures. The other figures were small little kittens.

The boy's eyes grew wide, and he began having a panic attack desperately wondering what he should do. The boy then grabbed the cat and her kittens gently in the bag, despite the cat biting and scratching the boy thinking he was going to harm her children. The boy kept the top of the bag somewhat open so they could breathe, and then immediately went to find someone that can answer his endless amounts of questions he has. He stepped on the walk way, and then before he knew it, he was in the main area of the city.

The city was in complete madness and chaos...

Everyone was screaming helplessly, with mothers holding their children tight in between their arms and getting evacuated by the mages with their magic, going somewhere far, far away. There was a ridiculous amount of mages, with all of them evacuating the citizens somewhere they believed to be safe. Was there anywhere safe anymore on this endless infinite plane? The dark sky began rising down, with madness gradually taking over the world. What was going on, was this some punishment from god? If so, what was this punishment for? No one knew the answer, nor what the true question even was, but by instinct, they knew that this was the end of their past, present, and future.

The boy stood like a lump of sticks that fell off a tree, not knowing what he could do, or even knowing what doing anything in general even was. His vision then cut off for a second, showing glimpses of his nightmares and what he saw at the Grand Sanatorium. His blank mind was then intercepted by a voice calling directly to him. He then looked at the direction he was called from, and then there, he saw a mage. A mage with long, blonde hair, with golden eyes and an extremely bright aura emitting from him. He recognized this person, as this mage was someone who he walked past a day or 2 ago. Then the boy thought he replied with something, but truthfully, he just stood there with his usual dead eyes, which were more dead and blank then usual.

The mage then firmly spoke to him, "We need to hurry, I'm afraid we don't have much time left, you need to leave this place IMMEDIATELY." The boy weakly, but simply replied, "Don't get the cats hurt." The mage looked at the boy's bag, then smiled and calmly replied, "I'll promise I won't."

The mage then simply said, "Magic Mode: Verum," and then before time could even continue, they were outside the city in the earlier parts of the Mountain of Tindalos. This completely blew the boy's mind, especially considering that the space in between the Mountain Ranges and the city is known to be abstract, and nothing can truly pass the inaccessible, invisible, and imaginary border formed, as you'll either keep on moving forward, and then never get anywhere, as each small space within the space between the Mountain of Tindalos and the city is extremely larger than its actual appearance due to the higher dimensions in between. When the mage said his spell, all the other mages also appeared in the low altitude of the Mountain of Tindalos.
