When there was any sort of communication with the will of a Dimension after the Olden Era ended, it meant the matter was simply of that high importance.

Dimensional Rulers were set in place to carry out the Will of their Dimension!

Dimensional Hellion Rulers ignored this glorious purpose as they encroached their authority onto other Dimensions for nothing other than the seeking of power and authority- with the Apollyon Dimension being one of the Dimensions that had entirely fallen under the ruling of Dimensional Hellion Rulers who also stretched themselves to other Dimensions.

They were able to move more freely and became even bolder after the grand changes that caused the propagation of Realities and the unstable expansion of Dimensions!

The balance between the 9 Anchors and the Desolate Mausoleum was disrupted.
