The effects of the 10th Boundary Layer of Quintessence were astounding, but Noah knew they were only this obscene for him as the same Layer expanded by his Vassals...would in no way grant the same boons.

Apart from automatically taking any concept Noah expanded as a Boundary to the 9th Layer, Quintessence alone made it so that 81 concepts could be deemed Quintessential as they would even be taken to the 11th Boundary Layer through this!

Noah simply had to express this authority for Quintessence itself and any other Boundary deemed Quintessential as when the 11th Boundary Layer was attained for one...the effects of the 81 Quintessential Hyperversal Extremity Meridians would kick in and take the rest of the boundaries to this Layer as well.

It was simply an obscene reality for any other beings to watch.
