Selfish.

This was something Noah understood about himself long ago.

To succeed in life, one had to be selfish of their own interests, of their family, and of what they wished to accomplish!

But in existence, nobody was alone.

One being's goals and selfishness could always impact others, and as the Weaver of Extremity, Noah was now particularly in tune with the Weavings of Extremes, Existence, and Records of all those connected by him.

All those impacted by him.

And at this moment, he felt it all.

He felt weavings of the immeasurable pain and death spreading out across existence as he was, in part, responsible!

And due to this…

BOOOM!

He let loose.

Tyranny ran wild as the first time Noah cast the embodiment of tyranny, it didn't expand to target or enclose a small domain.

Waves and tendrils of the Existential Extremity Authority of Tyranny began spreading out to cover all of the Supernal Haven of Dissolution!
