10,000 was a hard restriction for the maximum reserves of the Essence of Reality that was set for those in the Seventh Firmament. 100,000 was another limitation above that that was set for those on the Eighth Firmament!

It didn't mean that most existences in the Eighth Firmament reached the 100,000 cap- just that the most astounding and genius of existences had this as their limitation. 

This was the limitation Noah faced now while still in the Seventh Firmament of Ascendancy…so what could stop him now if he swallowed multiple Liquified Realities to break apart this limitation!?
