2 Chapter 1

I woke up to a room of nothing but pure white confused and alone. I have no memory on how I got here.

"Hello, is anyone here?!"

I didn't get any reply to my question. I occasionally called out to see if someone would come by, not sure if it was the right Idea because it could potentially be a kidnapper or worse. I don't know how long passed but I was getting tired of just staying in place I don't know why but I didn't feel like moving around cause I felt I should be lazy then it dawned on me I'm not tired so I tried to get up and I realized I don't feel my arms or legs so panicked I looked at my body, scared that my limbs or maybe even worse organs were taken.

I couldn't see anything except I was floating off the ground and the thought occurred am I dead?. I don't know if it was a necessary trigger or not but my memories just came back in an instant. My name is Tatsumaki Kaede and I just graduated from university at the age of 24 in engineering, my life was nothing special I had an above average intellect, decent looks I wasn't really handsome but I was definitely not just average.

My favorite thing in the world was anime and manga heck when I was tempted to see the end of the anime that had not received an announcement for another season I decided to dip my toes into the field of light novels and holy shit!! I had no idea what I was getting myself into, if you thought fan made doujins and comics were crazy then wait till you see fanfics, they had no worries about how to create the craziest shit cause the art was unnecessary.

I saw many theories on how peoples abilities worked and dumb decisions characters made in their actual shows that I never thought about before and before I knew it light novels took over my number one spot from anime. My life wasn't anything special, Had a loving family loving parents cute sister and family members that would always be around during holidays to put bits of cash in our pockets hehe. I didn't have a girlfriend but I wasn't a virgin, I lost my virginity to a friend of a friend after we got drunk at a party it sucks that I wasn't sober when we did it but I wasn't gonna complain thought I could just find someone once I have a decent place in society.

I had graduated had some alcohol and celebrated with friends before heading back home to sleep and next thing I know I was here.

Oh no!!! my browser history no no no I didn't delete my most recent activities like all the rest fuck!!! I was losing after what felt like eons so I started going through my memories and indulging in the animes I had watched in my lifetime unfortunately my memory wasn't great so I couldn't remember a lot of things but it would do for now but good things don't last forever and I eventually couldn't stand it anymore so I decided to meditate like all the Chinese cultivation novels I saw once in a while, it felt pointless for a long time but eventually it was working and I was calm.

I made a mistake and cause you to die ahead of your time and in an attempt to fix it I made it worse, so you were trapped in the room of silence for over a hundred thousand years. I will need to send you back to your cycle of reincarnation but due to my mistake I will be giving you two wishes before sending you on your way, initially I would have only given you one wish however due to trapping you here I have decided to give you another one as an apology. I know this is an on-the-spot decision, but I must get back to monitoring the universe'

This sounds like those reincarnation fanfics I see in fanfics, and I was somewhat excited but after meditating for so long I was able to calm my emotions quickly and decided to ask important questions.

"Will I be reincarnated with my memories and stuff like in the fanfics that I have read?"

'No if you wish to keep your memories you will have to make a wish for it so I can protect you as you go through the cycle of reincarnation'

Ugh that's unfortunate, that's a waste of a wish but it's necessary if I wish to remember who I am. I have read that people truly die when they are forgotten, over a hundred thousand years have passed and no one I know is alive to remember me so only I am the only one that remembers what I have gone through and what decisions I made that led to me being the way I am. As a man of culture I naturally have to allow myself get issekai'd .

"For my first wish I would like to be able to reincarnate into the world of dragon ball z and be the same age as Bulma briefs with my memories intact"

'A different world from the one you were born in? hmm it can be done however your soul is that of a human so you will not be reborn as any of the powerful races of that world as it would somewhat mess up the cycle of reincarnation however you will be able to work towards becoming a god if you are able to master the god Ki. I sure as hell need an ability that will allow me to grow limitlessly cause power levels are a necessity int the world of dragon ball. But humans stop growing powerful after reaching a power level of around 100000 or so and then they must rely on Saiyans because they can grow infinitely but there are races with unique abilities and magic and are able to survive in space.

I need to decide on my wish quick, not many people are lucky to be in this situation, wait I know what to wish for.

"I wish for a lottery system that randomly spins every day and gives random numbers of tens from 10 to 1,000,000 and can be distributed to anything I decide on whether its intelligence strength, or a concept or an ability i train in as long as I want to increase the points in a certain thing I can spin a wheel to strengthen and add points to it and it isn't limited to my status and body I can also add it to weapons and other material items in the world. I would also need the system to show me my stats and if a certain stat isn't on the status screen it can be added as long as I think about it"

'That is quite the wish you have asked for, I will allow the wish however you will not be able to stack up the spins so if you miss a day of using the systems spin you will be unable to get it back, so do try to remember to spin the wheel every day. Everything went dark and I began my journey to one of my favorite anime worlds.
