89 3.22 Point Blank

The idiot detective had torn off all the sheets, leaving only the two pillows on the bed.

Oh well, it was not particularly cold, and Thanh Van could manage with two pillows just fine.

"Since you tore off the bed sheets, the two pillows are mine," Thanh Van chirped as he picked up one pillow, squeezing it to test the softness.

It was lumpy and hard… truly this was not even close to a VIP bed.

He Gun didn't answer.

"Silence means no," Thanh Van mused as he tossed the pillow back on the bed. It fell like a brick.

When He Gun didn't answer yet again, Thanh Van's slender brow arched. The guy better not think about an ambush, or he was going to get it.

Thanh Van wasn't one to kill off little guys out of nowhere, but an ambush would be asking for it.

"Don't you even think you can-" The words died in Thanh Van's throat as he turned around to face He Gun.
