Chapter 48 - Going back to nightmare realm

After 6 hours of driving, Sheyan reached his destination. He parked the car at a remote location then covered it with his liquid metal.

The car disappeared completely in a short while and liquid metal merged with Sheyan's clothes.

Sheyan came to the shore and looked around for a boat. He soon found a small wooden boat.

Sheyan walked to the boat and saw a scrawny man resting inside it. He had a bottle of alcohol in his hand.

Sheyan picked up a stick from the side and poked him with it.

The guy moved around a bit in sleep but didn't wake up.

"What! Someone is giving away free alcohol!" Sheyan shouted in an excited voice.

"What! Where! Who is giving free alcohol!?" The guy immediately woke up and asked while looking around.

"No one." Sheyan replied with a smile.

"What the! Damn brat! Playing with me." Guy looked at Sheyan and shouted in anger.

"Leave that and listen closely. Is this boat yours?" Sheyan asked.

"Get lost before I get angry." The guy didn't reply and straight up told Sheyan to leave.

Sheyan smiled and took out ten 100 RMB notes and waved it in front of him.

The drunkard guy looked at the notes then at Sheyan, a smile quickly bloomed on his face.

"Yes yes this boat is mine." Drunkard guy spoke in his politest tone.

"I want to buy it, how about 500 RMB?" Sheyan asked while waving the notes.

"I won't lie, this boat is the final gift my father gave me before leaving me all alone in this world, so many of my sentiments are conne..." Drunkard guy kept going on n on about how precious his boat is for him.

"1000 RMB final offer." Sheyan finally couldn't take his blabbering and spoke the final price.

"1000 umm well how about 1100?" Drunkard guy asked while hesitating a little.

"Bye, i will go ask someone else." Sheyan spoke and turned around.

Drunkard guy quickly got up and stopped Sheyan.

"Wait wait, 1000 RMB it is." Drunkard guy agreed to the price.

"Okay, here's the money, clean the boat and get lost." Sheyan gave him 1000 RMB.

"Yes yes, i will do it right away." Drunkard guy answered after taking the money and quickly cleaned the boat.

After the drunkard was done, Sheyan sent him away and pushed the boat in the water.

He rowed the boat according to his memories and reached a desolate Island after 2 hours of rowing.

Sun had already started to set by the time he stepped foot on the island.

Sheyan found a small hut near the shore, it was made by him, Sanzi and uncle Dazi.

Sheyan entered the hut, it was very old and there was even a layer of dust everywhere. Obviously no one has been here for a long time.

He searched around the place and found a few bags of rice and jars of pickles, and this island was not lacking in fresh water.

Of course, surviving a month on just pickles is undesirable, however Original Sheyan was an experienced and outstanding fishermen and the current Sheyan got all his experience. The surrounding sea was his playground as he could easily acquire fresh seafood.

"Let's rest today, i will start training tomorrow." Sheyan muttered and unwrapped a mattress laying in the corner. He put the mattress on the floor and laid on it, he already ate food while he was driving the car, so he soon fell asleep.

Next day, Sheyan woke up and started to train by doing exercises such as push ups, sit ups, crunches, and pulls up with the help of trees. Which increased his strength and endurance by a small margin. Then he ran around the island to increase his agility.

After that he punched the trees, which also increased his strength and endurance. For the whole day, he either trained like this or went to catch fish and cooked them on the fire he created. He didn't use any equipment or his liquid metal and did everything with just his physical capability to increase his basic attributes.

A young handsome guy could be seen sitting on a reef, gazing towards the sea. Sea breeze was hitting his face, gently blowing back his black hairs.

During his stay at this island, Sheyan has become accustomed to this place, the sea, its calmness and its loudness.

"Hmmm, this is really a bliss, i never got the chance to enjoy a vacation like this ever before, i really missed out on a lot of things, i will make sure that it won't happen again." Sheyan sighed contentedly and spoke, still gazing towards the sea.

Suddenly his chest heated up, his heart started beating rapidly as he shut his eyes to inquire. Immediately, a notification entered his mind:

[ Please return to the nightmare realm within 24 hours. ]

"Finally it's here, although this vacation was good but visiting new worlds is 100 times better." Sheyan spoke and quickly got up to move towards his boat.

He rowed back to port as fast as possible to see the results of his training.

In just half an hour he reached the port. After another 10 minutes, Sheyan was already at the Pingyu town that was 5 km away.

Very quickly, he entered the largest supermarket there and went to the third floor, seizing the chance when nobody was looking he entered the fire exit. Lightly bolting the door, Sheyan quietly walked down the stairs of the fire exit, at the same time he communicated with his nightmare imprint.

Very soon, he reached the bottom of the stairs. Suddenly, a deeper and longer staircase appeared as if leading to an unknown and mysterious world. After walking through a few flights of stairs, a boundless black fog enveloped him, as the nightmare imprint on his chest radiated, a scarlet red ray flashed out into the walkway, as Sheyan followed the walkway and reached the end, he found himself inside his private room once again.

"I am back. I wonder what Charl and Krist did while i was away." Sheyan spoke and came out of his room.

He saw two blonde heads from behind the couch, his movements immediately alerted them and they turned around at the same time.

""Sir! You are back!"" Charl and Krist exclaimed at the same time.

"Yes, i am back, how have you both been?" Sheyan asked with a happy smile.

"Without sir, it was all so boring." Krist replied.

"Sir, i am sorry but i am really angry with you." Charl spoke while making an angry face, which somehow made her look cuter instead of angry.

"Oh why is my Charlie angry with me, tell me." Sheyan asked with a smile.

"When you left Sarah and Katrina you kissed them goodbye, but when you left us, you didn't kiss us at all, isn't that discrimination." Charl spoke.

Sheyan looked stunned for a second but soon came out of it.

"Well, ahem that was my fault, how about i make up for it right now." Sheyan looked at Charl and Krist, they weren't just robots anymore, they were already half human or partial human or cyborg whatever you say it. And something like this is almost in the category of Normal isn't it.

Charl smiled with shining eyes and quickly ran to Sheyan. Sheyan opened his arms and hugged her.

Sheyan moved his face closer to her and slowly touched her lips with his own.

Charl closes her eyes and softly locks Sheyan's neck while enjoying the kiss.

Krist looked at this and got irritated, her half sister always ones up her in getting her sir's love. She also ran to Sheyan and poked him.

Sheyan looked towards Krist and saw her closing her eyes and pouting her lips in his direction.

He stopped kissing Charl and pulled Krist in his arms too and kissed her luscious lips.

Charl found her lips empty and got annoyed, she also joined in the kiss between Krist and Sheyan.

It all ended up in a three way kiss session.

After 5 minutes all of them stopped and Charl started to remove her shirt.

"Wait wait, let's leave that for next time, we don't have enough time for that right now, we will soon be going to another world." Sheyan quickly stopped her and explained.

"Okay sir, let's do it after we come back." Charl smiled and closed the buttons of her shirt.

"Ahem, we will see." Sheyan coughed lightly.

"Anything happened while i was away?" Sheyan asked.

"Nothing important sir, just many contestants visited the Scarlett centre daily to inquire when there will be more items to buy and the timing for the next auction, we have told those all-work robots to tell those contestants that it will take at least a month." Krist replied.

"Oh, no worries, we will be getting tons of items to sell soon enough." Sheyan replied.

"By the way sir, what type of world will we be visiting this time, would it be the same as ours or different?" Charl asked curiously.

"I don't know, it can be the same, slightly different, or completely different. We will know when we go there." Sheyan replied.

"Wait, i remember there is a way to know which world we will be going to beforehand." Sheyan suddenly remembered something and inquired with his nightmare Imprint.

He received the following notifications:

[ You can also select to randomly enter a world before entering it ]

[ Randomly entering a world will allow you to gain an ability: Insight – Allows you to obtain basic information on your selected target. The stronger the target, the lesser the information. With the perceptive sense as the basic attribute, the distance between you and your target will affect the success rate of the insight ability ]

[ Upon randomly entering a world, after completing the missions, it will reward you with an additional 20% reward in various areas. This effect cannot overlap with other similar effects. ( Meaning that, initially by completing a mission you can acquire 100 utility points, but those that randomly enter will receive 120 points) ]

"Hmm, what should I select, gaining small information beforehand or Random selection. Gaining information about the next world beforehand might be good since i can prepare things beforehand but i think i am already prepared, what else can I prepare right now anyway and advantages of Random selection easily outweighs gaining information beforehand. 20% extra reward and an insight ability. Okay it's decided it will be the random selection." Sheyan spoke to himself while making the decision.

"Well, not knowing about the next world is more beneficial to us so i have decided to not check it." Sheyan spoke to Charl and Krist.

"Whatever you think is right sir." Charl spoke.

"when will we be leaving, sir?" Krist asked.

"Let's go to the market place, teleportation point will open there when it's the time to leave." Sheyan spoke and walked towards the exit, followed by Krist and Charl.

Very soon, they appeared in the market place. After waiting for sometime, an oval shape, radiating light door appeared within the nightmare realm, people started to enter it, causing small ripples as they entered. Sheyan, Charl and Krist moved towards the door and stepped into it.
