7 Schools Library

The clone found himself in a corner of the school campus surrounded by similar mansions. Obviously this is where the teachers lived. But judging by the small number of mansions it was clear that they were only available to certain members of the staff.

Luckily the teacher had left a map of the area on top of the clone's clothes so he could easily return to the dormitories.

Back in the dorm room Mark was awoken from his meditation by the opening of the door.

He turned and saw a freshly dressed copy of himself walk in.

''Finally back huh'' He said with a smirk.

'System withdraw the clone.'

'Ding'

As soon as the floating energy reached Mark's body he felt a series of memories flash through his mind as he saw everything that the clone had experienced.

''Interesting'' Mark frowned slightly when he saw the teacher, however he also saw that the clone hadn't offended her in any way so he couldn't help but relax.

As for why the teacher took the clone back to her house for treatment Mark didn't even think of it. He just assumed that she had found Clone 1 unconscious and fulfilled the duties of a teacher.

However Mark was happy when he felt the added strength applied to his body after another 8 hours of meditation and exercise. But this time he had 10 clones always working.

'System show me my status'

Marks felt happiness wash over him as he saw his ever increasing stats that almost allowed him to become a Small warrior. His total combat power had reached 250 allowing him to split into 25 clones with the strength of ordinary people.

However Mark didn't immediately split into 25 clones. This time he wanted to find out more about this world. Since he came here he was basing all of his information on what Sam had told him.

Mark also didn't want to just send a clone during the first time going to the library. He wanted to find all the important information.

So Mark quickly got changed and walked out of his dorm room heading towards the school's library.

Listening to the crowds bustling around him Mark was in a happy mood. Since childhood Mark had been raised as a key subject for the governmental experiment. He hardly had any chance to experience a normal life so he cherished small moments like this.

However the good moments didn't last long before Mark reached the library.

The library looked boring and ordinary from the outside, with just huge plain stone walls reaching over 50m in height. However when Mark walked in he saw the stark contrast between the interior and exterior.

Within the walls there was just a single massive majestic hall. The walls were lined with various paintings and artwork showing stories of the world's ancient history. There were towering shelves filled with books, however they were each encased with glass and surrounded by a metal cover to keep them safe.

Mark also saw large amounts of floating drones floating between the shelves. However Mark also saw groups of people who stood out from the crowds of students. These groups wore fancy clothes and were covered in immaculate jewellery, while also separated from the rest of the students in private seating areas.

These groups were the aristocratic students of other noble schools. Mark had also heard that they would occasionally come to his school's library because it could be dated back hundreds of years, much older than the libraries held by the noble schools.

However this had nothing to do with Mark; he walked up to a line of small tablets. Each of these tablets allowed the visitors to see a list of books and search in detail for key words and genres.

Mark tapped on the screen a few times before typing the word 'History' into the tablet. Results immediately popped up.

'Records of Earth I'

'Historical accuracies and inaccuracies'

'Records of Earth II'

'Great battle of gods and demons'

And various other books popped up on the list. However the first book drew Mark's attention. The main thing he was lacking since he got it was knowledge about the past and the different incidents that have passed.

As for the false histories and the battles they were definitely something out of reach for Mark right now.

So Mark clicked the redeem button and went and sat down on a large table with many of the other students.

He barely waited a couple of minutes before a drone fell down to him with a box covering a dusty book.

Mark read for over an hour, unfortunately Mark had decided to make use of all his strength so he could remember all of the knowledge.
