1950 has passed, and the year 1951 has arrived.

During all this time, India has been raking up its defences. 45% of the union budget was spent on defence alone every year.

Military bases have been built in Maldives's uninhabited island, Andaman and Nicobar islands, and is being built in Laddakh and Arunachal Pradesh in secret.

In secrecy, weapons have been hidden in the houses of the people of Laddakh and Arunachal Pradesh, who are IIA agents, and soldiers have been now living amongst the population on the excuse of building roads, schools and hospitals. Even Military Medical Team is running hospitals there.

The tensions between China and Tibet have been increasing, and it wouldn't be long before China invades Tibet.

India wouldn't have any concerns over it if not for no response from China over confirming the borders.

That's why, India has just given a message to the Chinese embassy that if China has any objections, raise them before January 31. No response will automatically be assumed that it doesn't have any problem and claims over Indian territory.

And of course, India distanced itself from Tibet and stated that any matter between China and Tibet are their mutual matter, and India won't interfere as a third party. Though, Dalai Lama was convinced to enforce India - Tibet borders again in exchange of providing weapons and political support in case China directly invades, breaking the agreement of Asian Union of member countries not attacking each other.

Though, China hasn't yet joined the union, making its intention clear that it will use force to annex Tibet.

Aside from China, everything has been going well.

In the new year report, India's GDP grew by massive 18% in 1950. The poverty rate has decreased from 85% in 1947 to 70% in 1950, in which 15% poverty was reduced just last year.

The nominal GDP of India has gone from 33 billion INR to 47 billion INR since independence. It has gone from the 7th rank in the world to 5th, behind USA(300 billion), USSR(163 billion), West Germany (68 billion), UK(54 billion), already surpassing France. (1USD=1.1 INR)

The main driving factor of growth are FDI in OEMs(Ordered Electronic Manufacturers), OCMs(Ordered Clothing Manufacturers), and other O_Ms, exports of Indian toys, shoes, clothes, etc.

Steel industry has benefitted immensely from the ongoing Korean War. Stell exports now outclass low-quality iron ore exports to Japan.

Though domestically, the main developing factor are the hard industries, like cement, steel, aluminium, coal, brick and other costruction related industries.

The Main buildings of Nalanda University, which include Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, and others, excluding cultural fields, are completed, and the entrance examination and interviews are underway for the first batches to be started on 31st March.

The Green Revolution has been kickstarted in Bengal and Punjab. Bengal because it was already underway and Land Redistribution was done, and Punjab because government holds most of the land after the zamindaars' holding were seized and they were arrested for supporting Pakistan.

While most of the countries are moving towards airways as the next big transport network, a planning commission for Project Bullet has been established.

It has been decided that the first high speed train will run from Mumbai to Bengaluru, which is going to be the research and service startup hub of India because of its weather. After that, the plan is to connect Surat, Ujjain, Delhi, Chandigarh, Lahore, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Patna, Kolkata, Ranchi, Bilaspur, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

The paths have been already mapped, and land acquisition is underway.

A museum named, Bharat Museum is being built in Ujjain to keep things ready for all the Indian artifacts and tresures.

In Mumbai, Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport(CSMIA) has started its construction to be the financial capital of India which will have special rules to cater to international market, including World Trade Centre, an international currency upon which INR will be based.

The international currency will be market based, and would be controlled by the World Trade Organisation (WTO) that was founded by the Indian government as an international currency. But despite that, it won't have much control over the international currency, but will use it to control the exchange rate of INR instead of using USD and importing US's inflation.

Now that Korean war is close to reaching a stalemate, USA has talked a lot to India to have a discussion with UK and resolve their differences.
