" The Genius Perk helped a lot with my skill improvement. Not only does my skill level up faster, it contributes to my muscle gains as well. " Isagi grinned. He stopped his thoughts and exited his house.
Isagi made sure he bought everything and locked the door. He then ran to the soccer field near the riverbank. The field is now his go to spot to train his soccer skills.

"I need to compete in some small soccer competitions. I heard there's a street football team called Team J10 from Endou. If I heard correctly, they're the team from FIFA Volta." Isagi thought to himself and arrived at the field.
" I have even developed a Hissatsu Shot yet. And Teikoku Gakuen is about to challenge our school in three weeks." Isagi grumbled.
" It should be fast and powerful. Oh and obviously flashy." Isagi smirked. He had the perfect name for this shot.
" I'll call it the Ego Shot. Every time I make this shot it boosts my ego. " Isagi smirked.
" Now I just have to imagine how it goes. " Isagi went to practice.
While practicing his new Hissatsu Technique. Isagi really tried to imagine how the shot goes.
"How about I just do Isagi in Blue Lock's shot? That shot in episode 5. Yeah that looks like the perfect Hissatsu Shot." Isagi grinned. Isagi picked up the soccer ball and ran to the center spot of the field.
He put the soccer ball on the white spot and started kicking it. He slowly got into a sprint. He was close to the goal. He kicked it.
*Bang!!*
The ball created an explosion-like sound and shot into the net in a second. Isagi shook his head.
"It's not enough. I have to be faster." Isagi muttered. He went and picked up the ball and returned to the same position. Isagi started again.
Isagi was looking straight at the goal. He was running faster than before. Isagi widened his eyes when he was at the penalty spot.
"Now!!"
*Bang!!!*
The ball shot into the goal. It spun when it hit the net. It stopped and dropped to the ground.
"Tch. It needs more power." Isagi went and picked up the ball. He returned to the center spot again.

"Damnit!!" Isagi knelt on the ground and punched it. He was seething.
"It's been an hour! Why can't I do it! Is it missing something?" Isagi asked himself. He picked up the ball and went back to the center spot.
"Aaaahhhh!!!!" Isagi started kicking the ball. He ran the fastest he ever ran. He wasn't even halfway to the penalty spot yet.
"Fuck this!!" Black flames engulfed his right leg. White lines were spinning around his dark red eyes crazily.
"If I can't even get this! I'm no striker at all!!" Isagi gritted his teeth in anger.
Time around him slowed down for a bit. His right leg inched closer and closer to the soccer ball.
"Ego Shot!!!"
*BANG!!!!!!*
Isagi's kick created a shockwave around the ball. The ball shot to the goal in superhuman speeds.
It got into the net. The ball spun when it hit the net. It spun for a few seconds before ut dropped on the ground, rolling outside of the line of the goal.
Isagi breathed heavily as he watched what happened.

[Hissatsu Technique:
Ego Shot Lvl 1
A shot so fast that even the goalkeeper doesn't know that it's in the goal already. The more the skill levels up, the shot will get even more powerful and it gets into the goal faster. Oh and it gives you an Ego Boost]
Isagi smiled widely. He knelt on the ground and laid down on it. "Finally. Oh my legs are killing me." Isagi muttered with a smile. He looked at the soccer ball.
"Time to really train....and join Team J10.....

" Uhh Syd, why is a kid here? " A man dressed in a grey hoodie as the short girl beside him.
" I don't know Rev. But Jay must have a good reason to let him in. " Syd answered his question with uncertainty in her voice.
" Come on kid. Introduce yourself to the team. " A man wearing a light blue hat, dark blue short sleeve hoddie and black pants smiled at Isagi.
" Ok." Isagi smiled and stood in front of the man. But the man behind him pulled him back a little.
"By the way, my name is Jayzinho. Don't get nervous out there, they'll warm up to you quickly. " Jayzinho smiled at Isagi reassuringly. Isagi smiled back and nodded. Isagi turned to the 10 people in front of him.
"Hello. My name is Isagi Yoichi. You can just call me Isagi." Isagi waved to the group with a cool smile.
" What is a kid like you doing here?" A man wearing a blue polo shirt stepped up and asked. He was taller than Isagi.
" How tall is this guy? Like 6 feet? Damn, I'm only 5 feet tall. Which is 152cm. Endou is 150cm. Damn I'm short. I need to do my skipping ropes even more. " Isagi thought to himself while looking at the tall man in front of him.
" Cut it off, Peter Pan! He's just a kid!" Syd shouted towards the talk man. Peter glared at Syd. He then looked back at Isagi.
" Answer my question, kid. " Peter told Isagi.
" I'm here because I love football and I feel like I have the skills to contribute to the team." Isagi answered simply. Peter snorted.
" We'll see about that. " Peter muttered and looked down at Isagi who looked up at him without fear.
Jayzinho stepped in between them. "Alright guys. Let's settle this the right way. 5v5 match. Peter choose your teammates. Newbie, your joining Syd's team. " Jayzinho looked at Isagi who nodded.
" I'll do my best, Mr. " Isagi promised him with a nod. Jayzinho smiled and patted him on the shoulder.
"There's no need to be so tense, kid. We're here to have fun. And call me Jay. Hearing you call me 'Mister' makes me feel like an old man. " Jay replied with a chuckle. Isagi smiled.
