First Soccer Match

"Time for a proper welcome, kid." Peter told Isagi and walked to his side of the court. Isagi looked around.

" We're playing in a warehouse. And it's 5v5. There is an outfield rule, but no offside rule." Isagi thought to himself.

" Hey, kid. You're starting the game off. " A tall blonde woman handed Isagi the football.

"Okay." Isagi muttered.

"Name's Bobbi with the 'I' instead of a 'Y'." Bobbi smiled at Isagi. Isagi nodded.

He put the football on the center spot of the court.

Jay is standing outside of the court. He's the referee for this match. "Alright start!!" Jay blew a whistle he had on his hand.

*WHISTLE!!!*

Isagi kicked the ball to Bobbi. Bobbi passed it to Rev. Isagi ran up to the opponents court.

"Guard that kid!" Peter ordered! A man tried to guard Isagi but Isagi saw it coming. Isagi ran away. He saw an opening, and so did Rev.

"Kid!" Rev passed the ball to Isagi. Isagi saw it coming, a dark flaming aura covered his left leg. The ball was inching closer to him.

"Ego Shot!"

*BANG!!!*

The ball shot towards the goal and before the goalie could block it, it was already spinning on the net.

Silence followed Isagi's goal. You could hear the ball dropping on the ground. Isagi grinned to himself as he scored his first goal in an actual football match.

"Yo! What was that man?!" Rev ran up to Isagi. Isagi looked at Rev. The man was light skinned and he had a Hi-top fade. Rev was wearing a grey hoodie and black pants that reached his knees.

"That was a goal, Rev. Congrats, kid. I can see why Jay would invite you." Bobbi arrived beside Rev. She held up her hand for a high five. Isagi gladly returned it.

"Let's get back into position. The match isn't over yet." Rev added. Isagi nodded. They returned to their original positions. Rev and Isagi were the strikers. Bobbi and some other guy was a midfielder. Meanwhile Syd is the goalkeeper.

Peter's team was kicking the ball now. Peter kicked it to his teammate. Isagi narrowed his eyes.

"Over here!" Isagi turned around and saw another man behind him running towards the goal. Isagi looked at the man who was preparing to pass it to the guy behind him.

"Oh no you don't." Isagi muttered.

*Bang!*

Isagi jumped in between the two and intercepted the pass.

"Crap!" The man who kicked the ball widened his eyes. Isagi set his sights on the goal. A dark flaming aura covered his right leg.

"Ego Shot!!"

"Wait, kid don't shoot—

*BANG!!!*

The sound of a football being kicked rang through everyone's ears. Jay watched as Isagi scored another goal. The goalkeeper didn't even have time to react as well.

" This kid needs to chill." Jay chuckled to himself.

"Gah! Incompetent! All of you! How can you let a kid score on you!" Peter glared at the goalkeeper of his team.

Meanwhile with Isagi. He was celebrating with his teammates. Rev gave him a high five.

"Isagi is it? I'm Rev by the way. How did you get so good? You even made Peter over there yelling at his teammates." Rev pointed to Peter's team.

"I just practiced everyday." Isagi explained with a smile. Rev nodded.

"Well. That's nice and all but we have to give the others a chance alright? " Bobbi pointed at Rev and herself.

" Yeah. But if I see an opening I'm taking a shot. " Isagi grumbled and walked away. Rev sighed.

"You shouldn't have said that. I know guys like him. Now he'll just hog the ball himself. Kids like him are the type that don't like to be ordered around. " Rev whispered to Bobbi.

" What? You're a kid expert now? That's creepy, mate. " Bobbi looked at him with a sly smile. Rev sighed.

" Let's just destroy them. " Rev walked back to his position. Bobbi laughed.

It was still Peter's team that got the ball. Peter kicked it to a teammate.

"Here, T." Peter called him. T got the ball and started dribbling. Isagi got in front of him.

"Peter!" T passed back to Peter. Peter caught the ball with his right foot and got passed Bobbi easily.

*Bang!*

Peter shot the football towards the goal. Syd who was guarding it caught the flying ball easily.

"Shit." Peter muttered to himself. Sud threw the ball towards Bobbi and she caught it easily.

Isagi ran passed her. Bobbi saw that he was open and passed it towards him. Isagi has possession of the football now.

"Guard him, idiots!!" Peter ordered. Two defenders started running towards Isagi, hoping to steal the ball away from him. Isagi stared at them with narrowed eyes. He smirked.

"I'll leave this to you, Rev." Isagi thought to himself. He used his right foot and passed the ball to his right horizontally.

Due to Peter ordering his last two defenders to guard Isagi, Rev was very wide open.

Rev smirked when he his foot caught the ball. He looked at the goalkeeper. He kicked the football.

The goalkeeper jumped to his right, confident that he could catch the ball. But he didn't expect the ball to curve and score to at the right side of the goal.

"Hah!" Isagi fist pumped and ran towards Rev who was running around the court crazily.

"Heh. At least the kid is not a ball hogger. He's got skills, he'll be joining them. " Jay thought to himself while spectating the match on the side of the court. He blew his whistle three times.

*WHISTLE!!!!*

"The match is over!" Jay shouted and clapped his hands. Everyone on the court huddled together.

"You played very well there, newbies." Jay looked at Rev and Isagi.

" I think I know who to choose for the tourney tomorrow." Jay thought to himself. He smiled and looked at the group.

" Bobbi. " Jay called her name. Bobbi smiled proudly.

" Big T. "

" Of course. " Big T replied. Isagi looked at him. Big T was a dark skinned man. He was wearing a skeleton T-shirt with a long white sleeved shirt underneath it. He was also wearing long black pants.

"Syd." Jay smiled at her.

"Yes!" Syd celebrated. Isagi looked at Syd. Syd was an Asian woman. She was wearing a white colored crop top. She was also wearing pink pants.

"Rev." Jay looked at him and nodded. Rev nodded back. Jay took a deep breath and looked at everyone.

"The last person who will be in joining the group to contend for the local street ball tourney is... "

Everyone was waiting in suspension. They were literally holding their breath.
