16 A meeting with Headmaster

In headmaster Dumbledore office. After a strange conversation with Fawkes about his surprising behaviour, He was sitting while thinking hard. Likely to be struggling to make a decison. He was thinking evrything over and over again and suddenly becoming firm, making his decision.

He send his phoenix patronus to professor Flitwick to call him in his office and started thinking of how will he proceed in his conversation.

Flitwick: You asked for me Headmaster Dumbledore.

Dumbledore: Professor Flitwick. Can you please escort Mr Fox to my office, it is a matter of great importance. And please keep this call from headmaster thing secret from other students.

Flitwick was surprised and headed out to the dormitory.

Just as Fox opened the door to his room, Professor Flitwick also entered his room.

Logan: A phoenix have made a bond with me. My parents says that only someone with a great destiny can form bond with a phoenix. And they do not want to keep me away from my destiny. So I think Fawkes sensed my bond with another Phoenix.

Dumbledore was full of smiles at this point.

Dumbledore: Oh! How glad I am. How should I tell you? Let us start with this.

"You know as everyone else know that You-know-who, as people like to call him is gone. But I have been keeping an eye out for him nevertheless. And I have passed my prime, every year I live, I slowly get weaker but who will be strong enough to stand against the Dark Lord, if one shall rise again as others, after I am gone.

I have been trying to look for someone who is a talent and also who I can trust. To teach them and make them strong enough to stand against them as the leader of the light.

But I am not able to trust someone who is more than a talent. Due to a few mistakes I have made, I always fear that if I teach someone more than a genius, he will look for more power and go dark. But you! You know a Phoenix is a great judge of character and I trust them, they will not choose someone who have thrust for power. Also, you do not seek any revenge and have received fair share of love."
