20 Back?

/ELIJAH POV/

"Sigh~"

It was nighttime when I got off of the plane, The first thing I did when I got off was to compel most of the people who also rode in first class for as much money as possible.

When I was done with that I walked to the nearest hotel and rented a room, when I got to the room I turned my phone back on to begin searching for hotels closer to Renee and her Husband's home.

As I was searching I saw that I had a couple of missed calls from Charlie, Calling him back while wondering what was wrong for him to have to call me more than once.

"Hello," I said when he finally picked up the phone

"Hey son, you just arrived?" He asked me in a tired voice

"Yeah," I answered him, after I did I was waiting for him to say something but he was also quiet.

"So, What's wrong" I asked him

"It's Bella," He said which made my brows furrow wondering what could have happened in less than a day.\

"What happened is she okay?" I asked while preparing to leave and go back to forks if need be.

"She's fine luckily," He said to me before explaining to me what had happened

When he finished I began to calm down and decided to stay in Forks, When I hung up I thought about it and decided that it would be better for me to turn a couple of people from Forks into vampires and have them watch over Bella and Charlie.

As the day slowly began to pass I waited in my hotel room planning how I was going to protect Renee without her finding out that I was there.

I could just turn a couple of people here into vampires and have them protect her but I don't know if a newborn vampire would be as strong as Victoria, At least I know she isn't in Forks currently, and with the Wolves there she wouldn't go there without leverage.

Deciding that it would be better to just watch over her for a day or two and if needed I could 'convince' her to go on vacation.

By the time I had it all planned out, I saw that it was already night time, feeling parched I left the hotel and began to look for anybody walking alone that I could feed off of.

/BELLA POV/

"Finally" I muttered to myself as I watched Charlie finish signing the paperwork at the front desk.

"Ready?" he asked when he was finished and walked back over to me.

"Hm" I nodded at him before following him to his police cruiser, When we arrived back home I saw Jacob waiting on his bike.

When we pulled into the driveway Charlie and I got out and began to walk towards Jacob.

"Hey Bella, Charlie," He said to us with a nod to Charlie and a worried look toward me.

"I'm gonna head in first," Charlie told us before whispering to me to be careful to which I nodded to him with a small smile on my face.

When He went in I waited to hear the door close before looking back at Jacob,

"You alright," He asked while looking at me with a worried look.

"Yeah," I told him

"I went to see you as soon as Seth and the others told me what happened, but they didn't allow any visitors in" He explained while looking at my arm.

Approaching him, I wrapped my arms around his back,

"You're a great Friend," I told him but for some reason when he heard that he began to pull back his hands that were about to hug me back.

"No" He muttered close to my ear before pulling back and grabbing both of my arms,

"Jac-" Before I could finish what I was going to say my mouth was blocked by his.

Shocked I pulled back and was about to hit him before he caught my fist.

"What's wrong with you!" I yelled at him as I shook my arm free.

"Bella I'm sorr-" He began to speak but before he could finish I walked into the house and slammed the door shut.

Not even a minute later I heard knocking at the door, not even going to open the door I began to speak,

"Go home, Jacob!" I yelled but the knocking didn't stop, With an annoyed look on my face I walked to the door and quickly opened it, And witha Angry look I began to yell at him,

"Didn't I tell you to go ho-" I stopped myself In shock by who was at the door

"What" was all I muttered before looking around

"Hey, Bella!" Alice shouted before jumping towards me in a hugging motion

"Hey Alice," I told her while still looking around but only seeing her and Rosalie.

"Is Edward here?" I asked her which made her immediately let go of me and look at me with a dejected expression on her face.

"About that, That's why I'm here," She told me

"Come in," told her with worry clearly on my face

"Bella" Rosalie said to me with a nod before looking around just like I was a minute ago.

"He's not here," I told her

Before she could ask to explain anymore Alice began to speak, when she told me what happened I was shocked but also happy.

Not even asking any questions I began to run to my room before getting my clothes and throwing them into my suitcase.

"When do we leave" I asked Alice when I was finished getting ready

"Now, if possible" She answered, deciding not to wake up Charlie I left a small note saying that I was going to go and visit Elijah for a week or so.

When I finished I followed Alice and Rosalie to their car before getting into the back, on the way to the airport the car was very quiet with even Alice not speaking, all of a sudden Rosalie turned towards me and began to speak.

"Elijah, did he leave to come meet me" she asked and when she did I saw how Alice slightly jumped before calming down.

"No, he went to Arizona," I told her and when I did I saw how her hopeful expression changed into a sad one.

"Has he mentioned coming to visit me at all?" She asked with hope in her voice

"No, he hasn't mentioned you or any of the Cullens since you left," I told her the truth while wondering why she would ask after she left him without even telling him she was leaving, I mean even though I didn't want Edward to leave he at least told me he was leaving.

"Oh," she told me with an expressionless face before facing forward.

"It's Okay," Alice told her while looking at the road

"What are you guys talking about" I asked wondering why she went from being sad to seeming as if she didn't care.

'That's why Edward's perfect' I thought to myself because I knew that Edward loved me but it seemed as though Rosalie didn't even care.

Checking my phone I saw that Elijah had asked him if I was okay, Thinking that It would be better to let him know where I was going so that he could lie to Charle for me, As I was texting him I saw that we pulled up at the airport, sending the message I turned my phone off and got ready to leave.
