"where am I? didn't I die?" he said as he opened his eyes looking at the white room that he is in.

"hoh… you're awake"

"Who are you?" he said looking at the person in front of him

"let me introduce myself I am the angel of reincarnation," the man said.

"Does that mean am dead?"

"Unfortunately, because of an abnormality that occurred, you have died before your time"

"….really?"

"really"

The last thing he remember was going back home from work. He was planning to watch anime that he kept on hold as he had overtime at work. But then suddenly he was struck by lightning.

"...then what am I doing here"

"Well you see, because you weren't meant to die you were bought here to be given a new life"

The man was shocked as he tried to process what he just heard

"No need to be too surprised. You should know how isekai fan-fic works right, it is the same thing"

After understanding what was going on, he asks "So how many wishes can I have? And can I choose where I reincarnate?"

"you have 3 wishes and also choose whichever world you want and how" replied the angel.

"ok let me think a bit," said the man as he wants to make the best of his wishes.

"no problem," said the angel in an unhurried tone

"I want to be reincarnated into the world of my hero academia"

"That can be done"

"Okay for my wishes can I have all the three types of Haki as a quirk"

"Granted"

"Next is to have all of Garou's skills and combat talent. and last is to have photographic memory''

"Alright, all your wishes have been granted. So how do want to reincarnate?"

"I want to be born as an orphan as I respect my parent too much to get another. I want my hair to be black with purple eyes and make me handsome. I also want to get my memory at the age of 4".

"Accepted"

"Thank you"

"Ok, I will send you away now," the angel said as he snapped his finger making the man fade away

****Musutafu, japan****

In an orphanage, a boy wakes up from his slumber. He has just awoken his memory before his reincarnation. His name is Mei Sora. He is 4 yrs. He lives in the orphanage after he was dropped at the door when he was a baby.

Today was the day that the four years old in the orphanage was going to test for their quirk. As he was thinking he feels someone coming towards his door

'Is this my observation haki' Sora thought he could feel that someone was there but could barely make out the person?

"Sora get up you will be late for breakfast" a voice came from outside the door

"Yes, aunty Nona," Sora says as he gets off the bed

He walks into the bathroom to brush his teeth after he dressed up, he went to the dining table that they were going to eat.

"Come quickly were about to start eating," aunty Nona said

Nona is the caretaker that has been taking care of him and the rest of the children of the orphanage

''You look very excited about the exam''

"of course, I want to be a hero so I can get a lot of money to help the orphanage,'' he said

"That is a great dream," she said with a bright smile

After finishing their breakfast, they left for the hospital. They were two other kids coming together with them. reaching the hospital aunty Nona went to talk to the receptionist to confirm the appointment with the doctor. While waiting for the doctor, Sora saw a boy with green hair crying as he was walking with his mother.

'I guess he has already taken his test' Sora thought

Although he knows the canon, he doesn't plan to change it till he was strong enough to take anything that comes at him.

After a short wait, they were finally able to see the doctor. They were put through a series of tests it was concluded that his observation haki was a mental quirk that allows him to sense the area around him and his adamant haki was an energy emission quirk.

"It's alright your quirk is very useful as it is" aunty Nona said thinking that he would be down after hearing he didn't have a powerful quirk.

"It's ok aunty Nona," Sora said to her with a smile

He naturally wasn't worried about not being able to be strong with the wishes he got, he won't be any less powerful than All might in the future.
