Chapter 4:
Starting at a new school is a right of passage at certain ages, yet when you are the only new person you feel that there is a spotlight on you. But in that attention there is a chance, right? There is a chance to find new friends to connect with.

Yeah, that would be the case... if you had an outstanding ability to showcase. What do I mean? You may wonder well... there's a new student at Wellston and it's none other than John. When he first introduced himself to the class, everyone was curious and wanted to know him. Elaine was the first to approach him, of course. And just like in the original story, she asked him the question that decided his future on the spot. She asked what his ability was. John replied saying he had no ability and from there forth he's being bullied, tormented and pushed against the lockers. To be honest, I hated John's character. John had the most OP ability in the WEBTOON and yet he wants to deceive people and say he has no ability. I always hated Overpowered Protagonists that hide their power, even though they could conquer the entire world or destroy it in minutes. Why am I talking about John so much if I don't care about him? That's the problem.I was in the class at the moment sitting on my desk minding my business and John approached me eager as hell.
The boy brought out his hand for a handshake "Hey! My names John what's your na-"
"SHUT THE FUCK UP!"
I shocked John. He looked down at the ground with tenacity. His black hair overshadowed his eyes. He clenched his fists. He was most likely thinking I differed from the other people In Wellston considering I was the only that didn't bully him or make fun of him for being a cripple, so that led him to wanting to introduce himself to me .
"You guys are all the same." John announced with a shaky voice.
"Hmph don't misunderstand the only reason I didn't bully or get on your nerves is because I have no business with you. You maybe be able to fool these stupid ass people in Wellston, but you can't fool me. I know a person with an ability when I see one. Stop trying to hide your abilities because you hate how this society is only run by powers. If you actually want to change the world, then you have to change yourself foremost. That homeless person down the block robs people you can't control. People bully low-tiers. You can't control that. Stop trying to change things that are out of your control and change things that are in your control."
John was looking at me with pure anger in his eyes. This happens when a stubborn person can't handle the bitter truth.
"You'll never understand!"
He ran up to me and tried to land a punch so I let him hit me. However, his punch had zero effect on me and I just stood there still looking at him menacingly with my arms crossed.
"Look at you trying to fight me to avoid your problems. I'm done talking to you" I picked John up by the throat and threw him across the whole classroom with a quarter of my strength shattering many desks and seats.
"It's time you bite the bullet and start changing your heart and energy If you're going to change society. Focus on what's important and actually commit to it all the way." After saying that, I left the room, not wanting to pursue the conversation any further.

John was laying there on the ground utterly wounded. He didn't feel envious or angry that Acnologia beat him up because it was only self defence on his part and John got karma. For an hour John just lay on the ground staring up at the ceiling, thinking of only one thing. 'But what's important?'

After school Elaine brought me to her house, we were cuddling on the living room couch watching stupid harem anime on crunchy roll with a dense fucking protagonist. I don't understand these rom-com MC'S either marry them all or choose one for fuck's sake.
After a couple of mins Elaine turned off the TV and looked at me with an intense stare.
"Acnologia, do you like Seraphina or something?"
"Hmm, what do you mean?"
"Stop acting dumb. Mostly everyday I see you and Seraphina hanging out with each other." Honestly, it was true. After that event at the library slowly Seraphina started getting along more and more.
Elaine let a heavy sigh. "Oh Acnologia, what will I do with you? Seraphina of all people" Elaine shaked her head in disappointment.
"Don't talk about other people who literally live in the same house as you" A voice suddenly announced.
Me and Elaine looked towards the corridor and saw none other than Seraphina.
"Heyyyy Seraphina I thought you was sleeping" Elaine responded with a nervous smile on her face

Out of nowhere, we heard a knock on the door. Elaine got up from the couch and went to answer to our surprise Blyke and Isen was at the door. I smirked I already know what's about to go down
"Turf wars?"
Blyke and Isen smirked and looked at me with determination "Turf Wars." they both said at the same time.
"This time it's going to be totally different without Arlo being around" Elaine said with a thinking pose.
"Doesn't anyone actually know what happened to him after I f*cked him up?" I asked curiously
"Ever since that day, he hasn't left his room since. The principal and other authorities are telling him he has to come back soon though."
"Interesting" So basically I damaged his pride so much he became a homebody.
"Well, let's go."
