27 ch 27

Once Carl made it back into the building followed by a stunned Yamcha, he was rushed by an excited Goku. "Hey hey, you have a tail like I do." He says as he points at Carl. Behind goku was Jackie Chun, who was giving Carl a curious look, and Krillin, who was looking up at Carl like he was an exotic animal.

Carl smiled at Goku, "ya I guess I do." He really didn't know what to say to that.

Jackie chun walked up trying to get some information. "Are you related to Goku somehow?" Goku is the only other person master Roshi has seen with a tail besides Carl so it was a reasonable guess.

Carl replied to Jackie Chun (master Roshi), "no im not. I don't even have any siblings."

Krillin then asked, "how come you have a tail like Goku then. You're the only other person I've seen with one."

Carl, already deciding how he would explain everything, told them the truth with the exception of already knowing this universe. "Well first off, I'm not even from this reality so I can't be related to anyone in this one." The dragon crew looked at him in disbelief and Carl shrugged, "believe it or not, doesn't matter to me. Anyway I was human around 2 months ago till I came to the reality on an alien planet." The dragon crew that was there were paying attention with great focus. "On that planet are some green men called namekian that are friendly if not cautious. I helped them out with something and they allowed me to make a wish on what they call dragon balls." Carl felt a little weird telling them things he thinks as common knowledge.

As soon as Carl said the word dragonball the rest all exclaimed, "dragonball?" And they all had their eyes wide open cause they knew about dragonballs but only the earth ones.

Carl had to cover his ears from their exclamation. Acting confused Carl said, "yes? You know about the dragonballs?"

The dragon crew looked at one another having a silent conversation. After their silent talk Carl was invited to have lunch with their group because they didn't want to leave out their other companions from the conversation. Carl agreed and they made their way outside because there would be a brake till the next fight wouldn't be taking place.

Exiting the building master Roshi took off somewhere to most likely take off his Jackie Chun disguise. Walking behind Goku and the others, ahead of them Carl could make out the rest of the crew. Bulma, blue hair launch, puar, oolong, and master Roshi, who somehow made it there before them, were standing waiting on them. After they caught sight of Goku and the others they waved them down till they also made out Carl following behind and their eyes went wide, because they also saw carls tail and had questions. Well everyone except blue hair launch, she just smiled at everyone without a care in the world.

Goku, seeing bulma, ran straight up to her jumping up and down in excitement, "hey hey, bulma did you see? There's another person with a tail like me and he's strong, I can't wait to fight him." Goku said as he's pointing over at Carl, who just reached the group with everyone els. Carl just gave a sheepish wave at everyone because Goku is pointing at him.

Bulma smiled at Goku and patted his head in acknowledgment, "yes I think we were all able to see that Goku." Bulma said to Goku then looked over at everyone els to get an explanation. Carl had to go over what he already did to the rest explaining his backstory. Bulma seamed to have a gleam in her eye when Carl said he was from a different reality. Her scientific mind couldn't help but think of all the possibility's. When carl told them the wishes he made, which they were suprised he could get three, he switched up the wording of his last wish so he can hide his knowledge of this univers to 'I wished to be a race with immense potential that looked like humans.' Then he explained how the namekian dragon told him that saiyans were a warrior race from a planet called vegeta that was destroyed many years ago. He knows that the dragon doesn't usually give out explanations but they don't know the namekian one doesn't.

The dragon crew was amazed by the story as they looked at both Goku and Carl. After they looked at Goku they seemed to have remembered something and had a look of fright. Roshi, bulma, and yamcha looked at one another then nodded and addressed Carl. "Hey Carl, can we talk to you over here a bit." Yamcha said as he motioned for him to follow him, Bulma, and master Roshi.

Carl a little confused agreed, "sure." He then walked over with them leaving Goku, puar, oolong, and launch where they were.

After geting a little distance from them Yamcha put his arm over carls shoulder and spoke quietly to him. "You haven't seen a full moon have you?"

Carl now getting what was happening thought, 'oh they're trying to warn me about the ozaru. That reminds me how am I going to train that? Something to work on later.' Carl then replies acting clueless, " no I haven't there wasn't a night on namek so I didn't get the chance to see the moon."

Bulma pipes in, "well whatever you do, don't look at a full moon." She has a serious face on that leaves no argument.

Carl replied, "ok but why? And why are you guys whispering?" He knows they're trying to keep it from Goku but he needs to play the part of not knowing. They tell him that he will turn into a great ape and loose his mind like Goku does when he turns and that they're whispering because Goku doesn't know. Carl asked why they don't tell him and they told him that he accidentally killed his adopted grandfather when he was little because of it and Carl said that he understood.

As they were finishing talking, behind them they could hear someone sneeze. After that they then heard launch yell out, "YOU!!!" Carl, Yamcha, bulma, and Roshi turn around to see a blond launch charging at them, heading straight at carl for a dive tackle to pin him down.

Carl dodged out of the way again and to avoid launch falling on the ground Carl grabbed the back of her shirt. He also wanted to avoid what happened last night, that's why he grabbed her shirt instead of extending his hand out again. From Carl grabbing her shirt she ending up on her butt instead of her face but she quickly got back up and tried to punch Carl over and over again. "Stop…" punch, "fucking…" punch, "dodging…" launch said after each jab she took.

Carl moving left, right and also deflecting some of her punches replies, "ummm how bout no? Your totally mad for no reason anyway, it was an accident. Also it was kinda your fault." At the last sentence launch increased her attacks and Carl just smirked at her while he dodged causing her to get madder.

Roshi and Yamcha look at one another, they then slowly move over to bulma and Roshi asked her quietly, "why is she mad at him? Isn't this the first time they're meeting?"

Bulma still watching the spectacle answered him. "Well last night after someone." She glared at Roshi, "got evicted from our room we happened to meet him."

Roshi laughed nervously, "a-ah right. I do seem to remember something like that. But why is she mad."

Bulma sighed, "well launch didn't take too kindly to him watching us serve you justice, so she decided to go teach him a lesson herself." She then pointed to launch as if saying how that went. "He dodged, she tripped, then he tried to catche her. He did catch her but he also grabbed something els." She emphasize at the end.

Roshi and Yamcha took a minute to get it but when they did, Yamcha and Roshi had goofy smiles on their faces with a nose bleed causing her to look at them both in disapproval. Roshi with his personality turned to Carl and said, "GOOD JOB LAD!!!"

Carl was still dodging launches attacks that have started to slow down. He turned to master Roshi who was giving him a thumbs up, "umm, thanks" Carl was confused dodging launches attacks isn't something to yell 'good job' about. Bulma hit Roshi over his head making him fall to the ground.

This made Carl confused a little more tho he just shrugged and refocused on launch who was done attacking and was sitting on the ground, trying to catch her breath. "You done?"

Launch gave him a glare, "I'll get you, but I'll let you off the hook for now." She said as she tried to save face. She stood up and dusted herself off. Some dust got up her nose and she sneezed. This caused her to turn back into blue hair launch. She looked around and saw everyone staring at her, "oh my, did I cause trouble again?"

Everyone said she was fine and she didn't really cause a problem. Carl useing his acting skills, "she changed hair color?" They then explained how when launch sneezed she changes from one personality to the other. Carl then asked a genuine question he has wondered, "you guys know about the dragon balls right?" They all nodded saying yes. He then puts on a thinking pose. "Why haven't you use them to help her condition?"

Once everyone heard that they all had dumbfounded expressions because they never thought about using them for that. They all then gave an apologetic look to launch because they could have helped her earlier. She, with her cheerful personality just said it was ok. Carl could only think 'that's not what blond launch would think I bet.'

After getting their apologies out everyone could hear the sound of someone's stomach. Everyone turned to goku, who was holding his gut in what looked like pain. "I'm hungry." Then right after carls stomach also went off and he could only blush and everyone laughed. They all then made their way to the restaurant where Carl said he would pay knowing two saiyans will eat a lot, and he has enough zeni from all the gold he exchanged.

Atour note: some people need to not be so critical. I understand if some people disagree wish some thing I do in my fic but some people. *looking at two individuals specifically* need to chill if it doesn't go the way you want.

Let me know what you guys think I do what that. But if your coming at me just saying that what I did is stupid without giving a VALID reason or if you want to keep arguing your point like it's your way or I'm wrong then you can just go fuck off.
