It wasn't long when Nail came back, between 30 minutes to an hour. Re entering the chamber, Guru was still sitting on his chair like usual but Carl was sitting on the ground with a pen and paper in hand. He seamed to be reading over the paper scratching his head with the pen in thought.
Ignoring Carl nail went up to guru with the dragon balls, "lord Guru I have returned with the dragon balls as requested." After Nail spoke Carl was brought out of his thought and after seeing Nail with the dragon balls he quickly wrote something on the paper he has then stands up ready for what's next.
Guru looks over at Nail and nods, "thank you my child." He then lifts his hand over his head grabbing the one star ball that sat on top of his chair. Guru then hands the ball over to Carl, "take this young Carl and follow Nail. He will assist you with making your wishes." With that he nods to nail and relaxes back in his chair.
Nail nods to Guru then looks over at Carl, "follow me." He then turns around heading out with Carl following behind him. Once they were outside in front of gurus building, Nail put all the dragonballs he had down and bunched them up together. He then told Carl, "place the final ball there and I'll summon porunga." Carl nods and places the one star ball next to the others.
Once all the dragon balls were together Nail steps in front of them, stretched his hand over them and then says something in namekian. The sky darkens and the dragon balls glow bright. Then a light pillar shoots out of the balls into the sky startling Carl and making him fall back. As the light shot up it twisted and turned till it started to form a behemoth of a creature. A green buff dragon with glowing red eyes loomed over both Nail and Carl. Carl felt awe being in front of prunga. Seeing it on tv is nothing compared to the real thing. Porunga looked down at the two of them then spoke in nakemian. Nail looked back at Carl, "you have three wishes. Speak them quickly, prunga doesn't like being kept waiting."
Carl, getting out of his awe, stood up and dusted himself off. He then told Nail while holding the piece of paper he had. " first I wish for everything on this list to be applied to my ship parked over there." Carl said as he pointed to his ship not too far off in the distance. Carl has seen many fanfics where the MC will abuse the dragon by making an infinite wish list with paper. Carl doesn't want to abuse it to much thinking the namekians might not like that very much. But if the list applied to one thing like his ship that should be fine right? Carl doesn't think it's too much either.
SHIP UPGRADE LIST:
1. Upgrade the ships metal haul and interior into a perfect combination of Katchin and vibranium.
Carl remembers Katchin being the strongest mineral in the dragon ball vers and because he brought vibranium the dragon should be able to combine the two.
2. The ship will have all hyperspace routes for all planets and structures for whatever reality it's in.
3. A cloaking device installed.
4. Will never run out of power, ammo or fuel.
5. Regenerates if damaged.
Nail looked at Carl then at the paper he was holding up. He thought on it and just turned back to porunga and spoke carls wish in namekian. After nail was finished speaking the dragon looked over to Carl then his ship. The paper in carls hand glowed then dissolved into light particles and rushed over to the ship. Once they touched the ship, it burst into white light. After the light died down the ship that use to be slightly red was now a pitch black color with a purple sheen to it.
Right after that happened a communication came in on carls wrist gauntlet, {master something seems to have happened to the ship}
Carl pressed a button on the gauntlet, "it's ok HK, the ship just got an upgrade. I'll explain it more later."
HK responded, {understood master} the communication then shut off.
Once Carl was done talking to HK, Nail addressed Carl again, "speak your next wish"
Carl, refocusing, told Nail his next wish, "I wish for a portable device with an easy to use search engine that has all the information in this universe. KI, magic, training regimes, techniques, and technology" with this wish Carl wouldn't need to rush around the dbz universe and would be able to take it relatively easily here.
Nail spoke again in namekian to the dragon and after speaking the dragons eyes glowed brighter for a second before dimming then a yellow orb floated down and once in front of Carl it formed a data pad. Carl grabbed it and once in carls hands it turned on. Once on Carl could see tabs for the said fields that he described and in the top corner was a search bar where he could search for something specific. Carl would explore it more later because he could see nail looking at him wanting to get a move on.
"Your final wish." Nail spoke when he saw Carl ready.
Carl nodded. He didn't know if this wish would work but he had the chance so he had to try. It's almost every young man's fantasy after all. "I wish to become a saiyan without hindering my force ability's or mediclorians in me." It's a long shot but he already had backup wishes if this one doesn't work.
Nail nodded and spoke the wish to porunga. After a few minutes Carl was thinking the wish wouldn't be possible. But the next second, what looked like a lightning strike came barreling down and struck Carl. Carl could feel the electric current traveling through him so he didn't notice the changes happening to him. His hair which was short grew to mid length and was more spiked and changed from dark brown to pitch black. He became a little buffer and His muscles became more defined. Last but not least a tail grew out from his tailbone. After the transformation the lightning stopped and Carl was panting from exhaustion barely keeping himself up. The dragon said something in namekian then reseeded back into the dragon balls that hovered for a second then, promptly, they all fell to the ground, turned to stone. The last thought Carl had before passing out cold on the ground was, 'huh? The nemekian dragon balls don't scatter?'
After a period of time Carl woke up on a bed. He had a splitting headache as he sat up. "Ugh. What happened." He said as he tried to stand up off the bed. Once he stood up he lost his balance and fell to the floor. "What the?" Before he could think anymore he could see in his peripheral vision a brown tail. He looked over and followed the tail and it was indeed attached to him. Carl slowly reached out and grasped the tail and once he applied pressure he instantly lost all his strength and fell flat onto the floor letting go of his tail. Despite his state at the moment he couldn't help but laugh in excitement. "Hahaha it worked. I'm a saiyan now." Carl worked his way onto his feet and it didn't take him long to get the hang of walking with a tail. He tried to make the tail go as a belt around his waist but it wasn't cooperating he will have to train to get control over it.
As Carl was getting used to his new body, Nail happened to hear the commotion from outside the room so he walked in. "Finally you're awake. We should meet grand elder now that you're awake." Carl, already used to his new body nods to nail and follows him out.
Once in front of guru he smiled and commented, "ah I see our young friend has finally awoken. And with a few changes I see." He says as he eyed Carls new tail.
Carl in mild embarrassment replied, "yes, with the wishes you were generous enough to let me have I believe I'll be ready for the trouble in my own reality."
Guru nods to carls answer then asked him, "what shall you do now child?"
Carl thinks on it then replies while also asking, "well, with your permission I would like to stay on namek for around a month to train and get use to my new body. After that I'll probably head to earth."
Guru thinks on it then nods, "I see no problem with you staying. Maybe nail can help you with your training from time to time." Nail startled to be brought into the discussion just simply nods to his elders words.
Carl smiled then thanked, "that would be really helpful, thank you." He bowed to guru and also nail for his help. Thus begins Carls stay on namek.

Author note: now I already know some people might complain about their being better wishes. But I thought about what would work for my story and the wishes I have are the best for me.
Anyways leave comments and reviews I love hearing what you guys think. And I do take sugestion into consideration just the dbz saga is already kinda planed out. If people have suggestions for future stuff like in the mcu or a future reality to go to. If you suggest a reality keep in mind it would have to be a reality that will be benifital. One that the mc can either get technology, powers, or even comrades.
