Chapter 9: Haruto's True Goal
"Mom!" Jie said it with an annoyed face.

Upon arriving at the library, Haruto was greeted by Mei, who was already there. Haruto and Mei ate bread together in the library, and after eating together, they immediately started searching for plant books.
Among the many books available, Haruto almost felt it was very impossible to find a book among the various books in the library. Haruto was not sure if his search was useful because the book he was looking for might have been lost, in other words, the book was no longer in the library, but even though Haruto was pessimistic, he would still try to find the book.
In this dangerous world, especially since the City Academy would start again, anything could happen. Because the previous body owner was a jerk, Haruto was sure that in the novels he used to read, he would be bullied after losing his family's support, and most likely he would be killed because someone hated him so much.
Although Haruto was not completely sure about that thought, it had become a goal that kept him motivated to find the book he was looking for and to successfully complete the mission.
Haruto knew that the previous body owner was a very jerk who deserved to die, but now that he was the one who became that person, Haruto didn't want to die too soon, especially since he had a goal after knowing the vastness of this world, which was to become stronger and leave the Fortress City to explore various places in the world.
