Chapter 3: Getting the Mission

When Haruto walks around the academy, he will meet several students who did not go on vacation and chose to stay at the academy.

Mission after mission consists of: pull-ups a hundred times, hitting a tree a hundred times, then kicking a tree a hundred times, then running a hundred meters. The prizes are all rubbish, from long black sweatpants for squat jump prizes, black sport hats for prize pull-ups, black sports gloves for hitting the tree gifts, black sports shoes for kicking the tree gifts, and a black long-sleeve sports sweater for running gifts.

Then the day reached noon, and Haruto decided to go to the cafeteria. On the way there, Haruto passed the library, but just as he wanted to pass the library, a screen appeared.

"Eh? This time, the mission is quite unique. The rewards are even better! Read a book? Well, I guess reading won't be difficult, but I need to eat first."

In the end, Haruto immediately rushed to the canteen. It was quite quiet there because most of the students at City Academy were still on holiday at their respective homes. There were only two or three people in the canteen.

Haruto immediately went to get a plate, then started taking rice, meat, vegetables, and several other side dishes. He then took a glass of water and chose a seat. After eating heartily, Haruto finished eating, immediately finished a glass of water, and left there. When Haruto left the cafeteria, someone watched him with a serious look.

After rushing to get to the library, Haruto then immediately went inside. The library was completely quiet; there was no one except the librarian, who was an old woman. The old woman was sitting there reading a strange book that Haruto didn't know about. 

Haruto then started looking for three basic books about weapons. The first book Haruto managed to find was entitled Aiming Straight Using Basic Rifles.
