It was already past Mid-September, with 11 months remaining until K-Day.

The thermal systems in my base were excellent as they could alternate between hot and cold settings.

I was mostly an indoors kind of guy especially when I was busy with experiments.

I didn't have the chance to smell the autumn breeze outside but that kind of simple thing couldn't prevent me from accessing what nature had to offer.

The house did have an automated ventilation system.

"Haha, ghost robbery, spectral cybercrime, finding the perpetrator with every resource available, they really know how to make someone laugh." I chuckled while gazing at the virtual view of the CNN channel.

As expected my actions caused global mayhem.

And the netizens were more than happy to find something worth talking about.

I waved my hand and dismissed the news. "They will just make more money as usual."

"I can't foresee a financial crisis hitting them."

There was no way these companies would fall just for losing a few trillions of dollars, right?

"Hmm, I haven't talked with anyone except for Yelena ever since I transmigrated."

After some time I just shrugged it off, "Whoops, priorities for now."

"The world isn't ready to receive me yet but the Kaijus." I laughed while looking over at the designs of my new clothes.

"That will do," I said as I added the finishing touches to the holographic 3D model.

Those designed clothes would be my casual wear when I go outside.

They would have their own internal thermal regulation system like cooling my body when it's hot and supplying me with heat during cold weather.

I didn't plan on using the concept of unstable molecules on them but opted for using something different.

Their main materials would be high-density polymerized titanium, something stronger than even steel itself.

"We can't be working without music, now can we?" I snapped my fingers and a song started to play.

"Lacrimosa dies illa..."

"Oh Mozart's Requiem... Yelena, you really know my taste." I swung my fingers around with my eyes closed melodramatically.

Where was the choir?

"Wow, it feels like this moment is solely meant to be my arc." I opened my eyes slowly and looked over at the Heavy lift drones being mass-produced by the AI-controlled robotic machines.

They would be the carriers of the resources(cargos) that Yelena had bought for me.

They had both camera systems for recording anything and camouflaging systems to make them invisible to the public.

And how can I forget to equip them with laser technology?

They would also act as my battle drones when needed.

In addition to what she was doing, Yelena was also helping me develop the miners that would help in the expansion of my underground base.

'I don't plan on abandoning this workshop,' I thought while looking all around me.

I knew that I wouldn't stay in this place forever but... leaving behind this structure; my first workspace didn't bode well with me.

"If only I could have Hank Pym's knowledge on multi-dimensional physics..." I sighed while shaking my head.

"Oh, now I remember that I had received quite a few useful resources from the lottery draws inside my inventory." Apart from the Full Dive Nervegear, I hadn't bothered to closely look into the others.

"It's better to separate the trash from the important things."

I first started with the fembot's underwear that I... examined for a bit... yeah, I was just curious about what a fembot's underwear looked like.

It was for research and I didn't smell it.

Totally.

Mr.Bean's scooter survived destruction as it gave me the idea of making my own wheels.

I planned to remodel it into a Harley Davidson.

The Taser gun was thrown into the bin.

The Damascus Blade from Alita Battle Angel remained. The materials used to create it had the capability of supporting plasma channeling.

It tagged my interest.

"10,000 tons of Vibranium? Did the system rob the whole mining grounds of Wakanda?" I asked myself while having a meme-worthy surprised face.

"So shady." Not like I care about what happens in Wakanda.

"Kinetic force absorption and near indestructibility... this will help me in creating extremely durable Jaegers." I nodded while in contemplation.

I decided to put the Vibranium aside.

"Electro-Chromatic Blanket, I remember this one."

"The system is truly the greatest." I loudly showered praises on the system AI.

[...]

"What could I do without you?" I sang funnily.

It seems I did not have the talent for singing.

How the hell were those Main Characters always able to woo the Jade beauties with their singing and Qin playing at genius conventions?!

I shook my head with a dejected expression while continuing with what I was doing.

"The Electro-Chromatic Blanket is just for invisibility but Johnny Test has never ceased to impress. Hmm, if I remember well, this blanket was made by his twin sisters." I put it aside in respect of the young inventor.

"If I had gotten my hands on one of his time-controlling inventions then I would easily solo the whole Pacific Rim Universe."

I checked the next item.

"Space Cruiser from Rick and Morty, a product made from scraps that Rick Sanchez casually assembled to suit his space travel."

"Definitely keeping that." For extreme further study.

Rick Sanchez was very intelligent, a demonic genius, more genocidal than even me.

I didn't have the heart to throw away any of his inventions even if they were trash.

"I would create my own spaceship someday."

"Zero gravity chamber makes me think about astronauts."

"I think Gundam-" I didn't finish my words as my attention shifted to something else.

I then touched my chin while spinning around from the office chair.

I was already captivated by the next thing on the list.

"Fenton Crammer. Isn't that from Danny Phantom? I remember it was capable of shrinking and enlarging ghostly beings and even humans. It's mostly effective on ghost-type enemies."

"But this reminds me... isn't this slightly similar to Pym Particle technology?"

"I will have to study the gun-like gadget more."

Lastly, it was the T-Virus.

I didn't remove it from the inventory. Unless I was in protective gear, it was a big no-no.

There was no way in hell I wanted to be zombified.

It would seem stupid if I tried to test my body's natural disease resistance like that.

Maybe I will... when I have the antidote by my side.

"But I really can't resist the limited telekinetic powers it can grant." I was a fan of Resident Evil, especially the Movie series and not to forget the animation, Vendetta, and Infinite Darkness.

Sadly, I hadn't played its game.

Before I realized it, it was already 7 pm.

The day ended just like that.

The next day, all my bought materials arrived under the improvised Heavy lift drones.

That spelt the moment I started the maddening Jaeger Research and Projects.

With an army of worker bots, building a Jaeger from scratch became the least of my concerns!
